Splendid Property with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and islands such as Ischia and Ponza, designed with architectural quality,an ample garden which is organized on various levels with large swimming pool, English lawn, olive,cypress and fruit trees as well as other Mediterranean plants. There are 4 separate sleeping units,each with its own full bathroom.Two of the bedrooms are part of 2 individual houses,with a living room and kitchen.In addition to these 2 small kitchens, there is a big communal kitchen and eating area near the beautiful pool.Here there is also another bathroom and outdoor shower for common use. Itri is 20 minutes from the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta in enchanting scenery with plenty of greenery, in this small and exclusive district. The location is ideal for taking day trips: Rome, Naples, Amalfi coast, and Pompeii.
It is also possible to plan day trips to the nearby islands with the local ferries: Ischia,Ponza,or Ventotenne.

From the nearby town of Formia and Gaeta ,it is possible to rent sailboats or take ferries to the islands of Ischia,Ponza,and Capri.
