Villa Vista is a beautiful Front Line Villa situated just above Port Sitges Aiguadolc .

The private infinity pool has a swim jet and a separate jacuzzi ( NOT HEATED ) The Outdoor Dining Pergola with table for 10 is the perfect place to dine ,whiling away the sunny afternoons or balmy evenings. There is also a beautiful covered Chill out area with seating where you can enjoy the spectacular , panoramic sea views and if you’re awake early enough , witness the breathtaking sunrises,

Inside the house has Grey oak flooring throughout and all bedrooms are Air Conditioned. All the furnishings are new modern and stylish.

THE LIVING AREA AND HALLWAY IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED.

THERE IS A SHORT DRIVEWAY LEADING UP TO THE HOUSE WHICH IS QUITE STEEP AND CAN BE A CHALLENGE FOR SOME !! PICTURES ARE NOW ADDED OF THE DRIVEWAY . THERE IS ALWAYS PLENTY OF AVAILABLE PARKING AT STREET LEVEL AS WELL .
