This beautiful villa is situated in the heart of Marbella and is within walking distance to all that prestigious Marbella has to offer, to include the historic Old Town, designer shops and some of the best cuisine in the Mediterranean. All the well known beaches of Marbella are within a short walk including the Marina port.
first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, private terraces with sea views and bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath. Also on this floor are 3 further bedrooms 2 twins, 1 double and a further full bathroom. The second floor has a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom, private terrace and great views across Marbella and down to the sea. The lower floor has stunning cinema room with seating for up to 6 along with state of the art technology. There is also a great games room / bar which offers, pool table, table tennis, table football and a punch bag to work off any extra calories.
The walled garden, has a 7m x4m swimming pool ,a brick and stone Gazebo with a brick Barbecue, and toilet area.So you can stay out side throughout the day without having to venture inside.

Wonderful property, walking distance to the water and all stores that you need. We were greeted by Laura who showed us around, and even took us to the grocery store for done essentials as we arrived later at night. The location is incredible and they were so quick to answer questions and offer support. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Marbella

Perfect position to get to Old Town and the beach both within walking distance the house is spacious and as described but being honest the whole place is very tired and in need of some love and attention but this did not spoil our family stay just a fair observation and any requests we had were dealt with in a very quick and helpful manner

Most Enjoyable Stay In Lovely Villa

We were a family group of seven adults and two young children in Marbella for a family wedding celebration. The location of the villa was perfect being close to shops, restaurants and the old town. The beach and port are only a short 10/12 minute walk away. The villa was beautifully clean and the Khan’s made booking and welcome so easy. The facilities were well appreciated by all and it was hard to move from the villa because it was so comfortable.

Superb stay for our wedding week !

A beautiful villa a stones throw from the old town with everything you need. The outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful and there’s plenty of space for the family. Most of all the hosts Sarah and Aquil went above and beyond to make our stay a great one welcoming us on arrival with a Beautiful fruit bowl and Prosecco. We enjoyed every moment and will be back again soon! The newly married Kennedy-eyres family Xx

The house was beautiful; the owners were extremely accommodating; the location was perfect - we could not have asked for anything more! Even before we arrived, the owner answered our many questions and offered great recommendations. Our warm welcome started when the owners' friend and rep went above and beyond by taking us to a nearby grocery store to do our initial shopping (supplementing the fabulous fruit bowl the owners had graciously left us.) Abundant pool toys, games, movies to keep our group of 10 (all ages) occupied. Any question or minor issue was always resolved promptly. We would love to return!

The Villa was absolutely perfect, very spacious, generous private back garden. Has everything! The basement with a cinema room, games room with a pool table and ping pong table was fantastic for the kids! The Host Aquil and his wife were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and helpful.Location wise its perfect for a large villa close to everything, the walk down to the main areas is nice, however the walk back up the hill is a bit of a killer, dont let that put you off doe, its a beautiful Villa. There's taxis always available back up the hill for a couple of euro. 10/10

Superb Villa

The Villa was superb, we couldn’t have asked for better facilities. The location was great, right in top of everything we needed, although I’m glad I don’t have to walk up the hill anymore!! Both Aquil and Sarah were superb to communicate with and made everything very easy. Thank you very much!

Excellent villa in centre of town with a swimming pool

Very spacious villa with an excellent swimming pool and sun bathing space. Well equipped with 4 TVs, heating and air conditioning and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Good supply of towels for showers and swimming.Just one word of warning, be very careful on the front steps after rain as they are super slippy. The owners and their son Kaleem were very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was superb!

Wow, what a place to stay for 10 nights! The location was incredible with all amenities just a stone’s throw away, the beach a 15 minute walk away, the beautiful old town a 15 minute walk away, and Puerto Banus 25 mins walk away (7 minute cab ride). The hosts Aquil and Sarah were extremely friendly upon arrival, and extremely approachable and responsive over What’s App. The villa itself was perfect, the 12 of us ranging from 3 years old to 78 years old had the best time. We highly recommend this villa, snap it up quick!

Just wonderful

We stayed for a family wedding, there were 12 adults. The villa is ideal for walking into old town, the beach and just mooching about. It is up a small hill which is fine and just down the hill is a supermarket. The villa itself was very well equipped, when the kettle gave up, Sarah the owner replaced it the very same afternoon. So very grateful to the owners for being amazingly accommodating and helping us find a hairdresser too Could not fault it.

GREAT LOCATION

On the positive side the location was excellent and the villa is great for a group but it is showing signs of age and in need of a refurb. We had small issues including a bathroom leak and fans not working and on the final day the internet went down so no TV on the final day of the premiership lol. But the communication was excellent and the host did try and fix these issues so full credit to them for this, they were lovely people.

Marvelous Marbella Vacation!

Our stay at this marvelous Marbella villa exceeded even our highest expectations! We were a family of ten whose ages ranged from 2 to 75, and this beautiful villa met our every need. Not only did the plentiful bedrooms and baths accommodate us perfectly, the living spaces were ideal. We celebrated 2 special occasions on the outdoor verandas and kitchen. And daily we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lovely gardens. This villa is extremely well located and walkable to both the Old Town and the beaches. Our gracious hosts, Sarah and Aquil, were extremely hospitable and helpful on every level. They met us with welcoming smiles and quickly responded to any questions we had. Our family highly recommends this fabulous villa and genuinely hopes that we can return one day!

Great villa without needing a car!

Large family holiday. Grandparents, two sets of parents and 3 grandkids. Pool with pool fence courtesy of owners. Great villa, spacious, clean and well looked after. Games room was great, pool used all the time, outdoor dining and nice gas barbecue. Plus so easy to walk to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, playground, beach and shops. Host was great to communicate with and local English house manager was terrific. So helpful and easy to contact. We had a problem with having some many air con units running simultaneously (so hot in August) and she dashed over to help resolve straight away. Great villa holiday in a great residential family setting. Thank you.

Amazing

We went as a family to celebrate my 60th. We booked 3yrs ago but, because of Covid, we had to keep changing the date. Sarah & Aquil were brilliant. From the moment we booked to check out, they were so helpful. Villa was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

Perfect Property for a large family - This was an ideal property for large family ages 15 to 75.

It was very easy working with the Khans, who were responsive and informative. Property – was clean and everything was in good working order. Location – had a market, bakery and coffee shop near-by (5 mins), making it easy to stock the refrigerator. The house was a short walk (10 mins) to the old town, restaurants and beaches. Dinners – we messaged with the Khans regarding a personal chef they have used. We had several people with food allergies and our touring schedule was full, often returning to the house after 1900. The Khans suggested Scott Taylor and his team, this was the best decision we could have made. Cocktails and meals were ready when we returned to the house and we could quickly relax. More importantly the dinners were great. Overall the property worked well and we are considering returning next year.

If I tried my very hardest I still couldn’t fault this villa, what you see is what you get and more.kaleem aquil son showed us around the property then left us to enjoy,but the family was always on hand to help with anything you needed. Great holiday in a lovely villa

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa which is in a perfect location for shops and restaurants and the city centre just a short walk away. The hosts were so helpful before and during our stay. The garden area is beautiful and perfect for socialising and relaxing and the large, well equipped kitchen was ideal for evenings staying in and enjoying the fabulous barbecue area. A lovely villa in a great location.

Simply perfect!

We have just got back from a fabulous two weeks in marbella the villa was better than we imagined. Plenty of room for our family of 9, 5 adults and 4 teenagers. The children loved the pool through the day and finished up in the cinema room and games room at the end of the day. The booking process with Sarah and Aquil went smoothly and Laura was on hand if we had any questions during our stay. A big thank you to both Sarah and Aquil for a wonderful holiday we will definitely be back. Neil and Steph

Great location and superb owners

3 families with youngsters from 15-18 enjoyed the villa in Marbella. Great pool, garden and patio. Central location - short walk til old town with a lots of really good restaurants and only 7-10 min walk to the beach. Great location!!! The owners was superb and fixed some small things as soon as possible. Khan was only a phonecall away.

Great space for a large group. Games room and cinema allowed family to have loads of fun. Pool and outdoor barbecue are fantastic. We had no problems with any of the facilities provided, bedrooms are large with space on terrace for sun loungers. 5 min walk to Orange Square and local markets. Really enjoyed our week
