Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in /out in July and August only on Saturday or Sunday Security deposit of 1.500 € to be paid by bank transfer or before the arrival
Electricity IS NOT INCLUDED in the rates.It will be calculated from the meter from provider cost and deducted at the end of the stay from the deposit.
For friend groups more than 15 will be added an extra fee gbp 70 per day per person. An extra fee for cleaning apply for venues.
