3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo on the second floor of Bahia Azul (Blue Bay) beach condominiums with breathtaking ocean views ! Private pool and picnic area, private garage with storage. Each room has a queen size bed. 300 gallon cistern and transfer switch with solar battery! Walking distance to beautiful beaches, and great restaurants. 30 minute drive from Rafael Hernandez (BQN) airport and approx 2 hours from Luiz Muñoz Marin Airport (San Juan). Take a 10 minute drive up Route 115 and 413 and you will be at the surfing capital of the Caribbean, Rincon. Here you can enjoy all types of fishing, scuba, snorkeling and surfing excursions just to name a few. The condo has a full functioning kitchen (ice-maker fridge, coffee maker, microwave, range with oven) washer / dryer, cable TV with HD and phone / internet. The Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Stay cool with brand new air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout the entire condo! My favorite location is the large balcony with the brand new high top patio set that seats 6 and gives you an uninterrupted view of the majestic ocean. Unpack, relax and take in all that Puerto Rico's beautiful west coast has to offer!

Perfect Stay with Stunning Beach Views

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and understanding, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless, spacious, and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the beautiful beach view—it was breathtaking! The location was perfect, with restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within easy reach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views

I had the pleaaure to stay at this condo. John was an amazing host and was immediately available. Use your GPS as listed to find the restaurant and then travel up the road next to El Galeon. The view was spectacular. I spent my mornings on the balcony just watching the ocean. Beach is in walking distance City Aguada People are friendly, helpful and respectful Beautiful inside and out John had everything you need to enjoy your beach day Cooler, umbrella and beach chairs and even sunscreen Loved Loved loved Already planning my return Thank you John for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo

Perfect location to be on the west side of the island!

The property was very clean and organized. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host is very caring and checks in on you. We were very close to the popular spots on the west side. The only issues I had was that I have a bad knee and didn’t realize I would have to go up steps. The WiFi only worked one evening as well. It seems this area has poor connection, but I was thankfully able to get some homework done on the evening it was working and had to use hotspot for the rest. I definitely recommend!

Everything you want

My vacation was amazing. But having a place like this to come back to made it perfect. Sunsets at dinner was a daily activity. Coffee at sunrise was the start of it all. This place will make it all come together.

Beautiful beachside condo

Our stay at Bahai Azul was simply amazing. Clean, cozy and comfortable condo. The balcony had amazing beach views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved getting to sip on my morning coffee while watching the morning sky colors change and listen to the sound of crashing waves. I cannot wait to return to PR and my favorite condo. I would highly recommend! Our host, Mr. Lopez, was very responsive and accommodating. Most definitely a 5 star experience

Best VRBO experience we’ve had.

Host is very responsive to communication, property is extremely clean, with a gorgeous view of the ocean and in a good neighborhood. Plenty of amazing restaurants / bars / sights nearby. Honestly the best vacation rental experience we’ve had with any platform, host made us feel so welcome and even had a few refreshments waiting for us when we arrived, which makes it so nice for a later evening arrival. When we come back to PR we will definitely be staying here again.

Great place overall. Clean, quiet, great ocean view and close to bars, restaurants and beaches. The only slight issue was a slow draining tub in the master bath. Other than that I highly recommend.

Amazing Condo.

This condo rental is amazing. It's large, luxurious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and well supplied. The location is beautiful and quiet with a spectacular view of the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner is extremely responsive to any inquiries or issues. My highest recommendation!!!!!

Te amo Puerto Rico

Beautiful view; well equipped; friendly and helpful owner. The location is really great: close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, but at the same time very peaceful and secluded. You can open the windows and get a cross breeze that makes A/C unnecessary. We’ll be back.

Great house - felt like being a guest in someone's home

The property was a little hard to find because its tucked up a hill but John, the owner provided great directions. The unit felt like you were truly staying as a guest in someone's home and not like a sterile hotel room. Great location! The HOA president assisted us because the apartment fire alarm was going off and he was so pleasant and responsive. The unit if very well equipped and I was a little worried about not having AC, but it was NOT a problem. You felt a breeze all day long and it stayed very comfortable. Had a pool day and we were the only ones there but the area was clean and we really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood, short drive to beaches, 15-20 min from Rincon to surf. Supermarket was just down the hill from condo. 5 min drive. The view from balcony is priceless. Loved eating breakfast and dinner on balcony. John the owner answered calls and texts promptly. The main entrance into building was secure with keypad that auto locked. Neighbors in complex were quiet. Only thing that wasn’t great was mattress in master bedroom was saggy. My boys said other beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent this place again.

We loved staying here!

My two teenage kids and I stayed at this property for one week. The location was great and everything was very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing! It was very easy to drive to many different locations and some very nice beaches. We would definitely recommend this place.

You'll be lucky to stay here!

Everything about this place was just great. The apartment was clean and stocked well. The building is small and the parking is covered. The pool is lovely. The view was to die for (we saw whales from the balcony!!!). The in and out process was so simple. John Lopez (owner) checked in with us on day 2, just to be nice. There is storage in the garage for beach gear, even boogie boards. The location is perfect, close enough to Rincon to pop over, but much quieter. We walked to a different restaurant every night. We loved it and can't wait to come back. THANK YOU!

Excellent choice

Our family had an excellent time. This property has everything that you need. It is clean, well maintained and excellent location. Just bring the family, clothes and food! The pictures are 100% accurate. The kids enjoyed watching the iguanas with the binoculars. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were very convenient. John is an excellent host and communication was superb before, during and after the stay. Thank you!

Million Dollar View

Stayed with my spouse for 6 days before venturing to the east side of the island for another week. Condo was so clean and well appointed. We cooked several times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cross breeze of the condo was so nice. We didn't even need to turn the air on. The location of this condo had so many great food choices from Acai Bowls, seafood, and BBQ to traditional puerto Rican fare. Minutes from Rincon but without the Rincon prices. We found a great restaurant off the beaten path called "Guayabo's Tropical Sunset." Great stay, great accommodations, great location and a million dollar view. We will stay again next time we return to Aguada.

Perfect West End Stay

Property is very clean, comfortable and well appointed exactly as advertised. Owner was easy to contact and had lots of good advice for the area. Great view and short walk to beach and restaurants. It is two hours or more depending on traffic from San Juan but very close to Rincón and many West end attractions. The Tres Palmas marine reserve in Rincón was great for snorkeling, we went to the Indian caves and bridge in Arecibo, surfed at Jobo’s beach, snorkeled Crash Boat beach, swam at Gozlandia waterfall and took day trips to San Juan and El Yunque. Relax on the porch, watch the sunrise and sunset and count the Iguanas in the trees, highly recommend this property!

Birthday Get Away with the Girls

Amazing property with the most beautiful view of greenery and the ocean. Lush landscapes and warm smell of sea air, what a great combination. The condo did not disappoint! Exactly like the pictures, no bait and switch. EVERTHING, you need excluding food is in the condo. Dishes, Pots and Pans, Glasses, Mugs, Cleaning Supplies, Bug repellent, Sun Tan Oil, Sun Screen, Lotion etc. We left supplies and toiletries like other folk who didn't want to take it home, so the pot just got bigger! The Owner is Kind and Considerate and Patient, we got lost and had to call the owner several times and he was gracious until we found the condo and got settled. What a guy! Definitely, will be returning, was one the most relaxing vacations I ever had.

Perfect stay!

I had to book a last minute stay for the weekend and John was super accommodating. The place was very clean and I especially loved the views from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants. Will definitely consider again next time I’m in Aguada!

Why they chose this property

My family is from Guaniquilla Beach. I've been traveling back and forth to this wonderful beach community my whole life. Traditionally, and still a huge fishing neighborhood, Guaniquilla Beach is where Christopher Columbus first touched land on the island on his second voyage to the Americas. Approx 1 mile east of the condo right on Camino de Playa (Ocean Ave) is La Plaza de La Cruz de Colon, (Columbus' Cross Plaza). The area is becoming more and more popular as nearby Rincon is getting more and more congested due its its popularity. Only a 10 to 15 minute car ride from Rincon you can really relax with less hustle and bustle. The Rincon, Aguada area continues to be one of the safest areas on the island.
