Holiday Villa In Kalami With Private Pool

Villa Chrisoula is a traditional Greek house on the eastern coast of the island of Corfu, situated on the top of a small hill viewing the Ionian sea (the well-known beach of Kalami) , the Albanian coast and Corfu town.It is surrounded by a green garden full of flowers and olive trees. A calm corner with a quite large pool is waiting for you to relax.A shaded barbecue is near by.

The three bedrooms house, furnished with traditional furniture and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, can accommodate up to six people.

It has 2 twin bedrooms (with extra large single beds) and 1 double bedroom, all air-conditioned with mosquito nets in them, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom and a shower room.Villa Chrysoula also provides free Wi-Fi to all their customes

Balconies and verandas are all around the house, where you can enjoy your meal or coffee, watching the swallows that are nested in the rafters or to read something from the large selection of books provided.

The house has received several awards and of course has many regular customers.

Great Villa, perfect holiday

This was our second stay at Villa Chysoula and it is a lovely villa, very clean and well maintained with a beautiful upper terrace and pool with magnificent views over Kalami bay and out towards Albania, a fantastic place to sit and watch the world go by. Tony and Julia, the owners, are lovely people and very helpful and could not do more to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. A great base for a holiday in Kalami whether it be lazing by the pool, hiring a boat for the day or walking the coast paths to one of the many excellent tavernas in the area....Oh for next year.

Stunning villa with great owners

Me, my husband and our two kids stayed in this villa for 3 days and can honestly say that the moment of arrival, late at night to a tranquil pool area and garden lit up to perfection, was indeed a moment to treasure. We are greeks and even if we have travelled all around Greece and in to the most areas of Corfu , this villa was stunning because of the great view of Kalami bay ! The pool is sparkly clean and the spacious terraces with colourful surrounding gardens are abundant with interesting wildlife. We were joined by Tony and swallows dipping in the pool. The views are amazing. You do feel like you are in paradise.We cannot thank Tony enough for such a wonderful holiday. To sum up Villa Chrysoula is number 1 for me and I recommend to everyone !!!

Property in fine with beautiful views

Villa is fine, slightly tired looking but has all you need and has a lovely view of the bay. The fridge was stocked on arrival. We were staying for 14 nights with our two young children. After 3/4 nights we were woken by rats running around the loft. This kept us awake most nights for the rest of our stay. Tony did try (unsuccessfully) to deal with them. We tried to find somewhere else to stay but we unable to as it was high season. 10 days into our stay we emailed Tony to explain that this had ruined our holiday (our daughter was scared at night and slept in with us) and asked for compensation. Tony has not returned our many emails, texts or calls since then.

Thank you for your review. In 30 years that Villa Chrysoula operates I never had problem with mice or rats since I always took precautions to ensure my guest have a lovely stay. When you reported the issue to me I was saddened but immediatly took extra measures to deal with the problem. However when I went(4-5 times) to the loft I found no trace of mice or rats and given the fact that you immediatly asked for compensation I can't help but wonder if there were truly any rats or mice in the loft. Also I was in the Villa almost everyday and you never mentioned anything to me face to face about a compensation.
