Highly desirable, quality villa with private pool, close proximity to the sea

Well maintained luxury villa in Kisla, with stunning views from every room.
This stylish villa offers two double and two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and open plan living/dining/kitchen on the ground floor. The roof terrace provides a wonderful ambience with panoramic views across the bay. The pool deck offers Al Fresco dining with marble table and eight chairs. It is only three minutes walk to the nearest beach club and the sea, while with a few minutes more there are excellent restaurants. In the season, a water taxi service runs from the beach club to town. Kalkan is 25 minutes walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi. The owners refurbished the villa in 2014 and are much aware of the local history and culture, which is reflected in the décor and furnishings. With it's four en-suite bedrooms, this villa is ideal for families or couples wishing to share. There are amazing views from every room in the villa.

All payments for the rental are made directly to Vrbo by the holidaymaker with whom the owner has a contract. Payment is then processed according to the contract within the agreed timeframe. In addition, there is a 2% Turkish accommodation tax which is levied in Kalkan on departure.

We love Kalkan for it's stunning sea views, charming ambience, relaxed sophistication, range of excellent restaurants and the variety of sea sports available. It is accessible, but appeals especially to those discerning individuals of all ages who enjoy good living and the opportunity to escape to the Turquoise Turkish Coast with all that it offers during the different seasons of the year.

What makes this property unique

Villa Kaplumbaga has a wonderful location in the Kisla area of Kalkan, with outstanding sea views and the advantage of only a three minute walk to the sea. Close proximity to the sea offers safe bathing with the amenities of the Beach Club and other beach facilities as well as the water taxi into Kalkan Harbour in the season. The villa is well appointed and offers the choice of facilities for fine dining at home or dinner out at one of the 100 or more local excellent restaurants.
