The house was great. It had all the small touches that truly made it a home away from home.
The house is in a great location and in a great neighborhood. Lots of big beautiful houses and close to shops.
Thanks Rob. Our families really enjoyed our stay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! It was great to have both of your families staying in our home.
The owners were kind and considerate. The property was better than expected, including spaciousness, cleanliness, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this property!!
Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Cleveland Heights. The property was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. I appreciated the ample supply of towels and bedding and access to laundry facilities. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry had soaps/shampoos/other supplies available to us. Rob, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all of my communications within a matter of minutes. There were helpful signs all over the house explaining how things worked which made life much easier.
Other renters may want to be aware that the room on the 3rd floor (queen with adjacent bath) is up a steep set of stairs and might be difficult for elderly or persons with physical challenges. The room with the king bed is on the 2nd floor and shares the bathroom with the 2 other rooms on that floor.
The kitchen was well stocked not only with plenty of table service, but also with pots/pans/knives and a cupboard of condiments/spices. We cooked most of our meals in the home and found it was easy to do so.
We would definitely recommend this property to others.
We (6 adults) travelled to Cleveland to take in 2 Browns games and stayed a week in this property. We received a warm welcome and the house was just what we needed. It was spacious ,so we could separate, yet had good areas to come together Rob was an excellent host and a great communicator., even going as far as to warn us of a storm that was coming. The kitchen was great, well equipped and the chefs in our party enjoyed it. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The house was very well situated for trips downtown ( about 15 mins) in a lovely residential neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc All in all a great bargain and we would certainly go back
We really enjoyed staying at this property for our Spring Break! The location was is a very nice neighborhood that had a Nature Center within walking distance. We were only 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do downtown and 5-10 minutes from shopping and restaurants the other direction.
The house was very well stocked with towels, blankets, and kitchen basics.
The house is definitely older but the owners have updated appliances and faucets to make it comfortable. If we came back to Cleveland, we would def stay here again
The house was gorgeous, clean and cozy. The ping pong table in the basement was such a nice bonus!
Rob went beyond the call of duty to respond to my texts with questions about local resources available.
Great stay!!!
Warm, cozy, and welcoming residence in historic Cleveland Heights. Perfect for strolling and close to great restaurants and museums and the symphony and movies and on and on. Ample heat and supplies in the kitchen. Accommodating, friendly, and helpful landlord. This Arts & Crafts house is stocked with books, dvds, and games. But mostly it is a very comfortable house built to be lived in. We stayed the entire month of March, 2020, and, despite the coronavirus, we enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return in 2021.
We were a group of 5 attending a downtown conference. Wanted to be away from commotion of meeting and yet be close. Lovely neighborhood, charming older house

Thank you Walter for the kind comments. We enjoyed speaking with you and having your group as guests.
Beautiful old house in classic 1930’s suburban neighborhood. Much of the house looks original. Very comfortable, quiet, close to downtown as well as within a couple miles of bars, restaurants, and amenities. Owner was very responsive to messages asking advice about the house and the area. Definitely recommend.
spacious. quiet neighborhood. had anticipated using upper floor's bedroom and bathroom, but did not: narrow scary stairs, and the bed on the upper floor wasn't very big. we all stayed on the lower floor: grandson in room with his parents and we were in the room next door. kids used the bathroom on the upper floor: they were understandably worried about me going up and down those stairs, even during daylight hours. kitchen well equipped. walking distance of nice restaurants.

We are happy to hear the variety of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements were able to work for your group of 4 adults and 1 infant. I would like to note that the bed on the 3rd floor is a brand new Zinus Green Tea memory foam Queen size mattress. Also the steps leading to the third floor feature a hand railing.
Glad to hear you were able to walk to Lee Rd to enjoy a meal.

Charming Classic CLE Heights home...
We just stayed 3 nights at this property. We were 5 adults, 1 new born. The heat in the house is impressive so if you are staying in the winter, no worries about cold drafts or anything like that (many double paned windows, etc.).
Bedding is nice, especially in the Master (pretty sure it is a King Casper or something similar). Kitchen, appliances, pretty much everything you need to cook up a nice meal. Lots of square footage and space. Pretty sure with the 2 showers and bathrooms up to 8 people would be comfortable in this short term rental. Double parking in driveway too so no issue with 2 rental cars for example.
All in all, just great value, location, etc.
You likely will agree, cheers.

House was in excellent condition. A bottle of wine and chocolates greeted us in the kitchen.
See above. This was the neighborhood in which we lived for many years and wher3 we raised our children, it was like coming home again.

Great house, quiet, excellent neighborhood.
Terrific place, really enjoyed our stay. House was clean, very roomy, the half bath on the main floor added extra convenience for my 80 yr old Dad. Neighborhood was very quiet and classy. Close but not on top of the main local restaurant street with bars too. We will stay there again next time in Cleveland. BTW went to the Browns game and the beat the Ravens which was fantastic.

Beautiful 1930’s style home. Fantastic woodwork. Extremely well equipped kitchen.
Comfortable beds, good thick towels. The home was ideal for entertaining a small group. We gave a casual dinner the night before our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah. The walls were thick and the bedrooms large enough to be comfortable. The bunk room was ideal for our grandsons. Home well furnished and well equipped.

Charming house in a great location!
Our family traveled to Ohio to see the sights...The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point and the Football Hall of Fame. Cleveland Heights is centrally located to all three within an hour driving distance. Six adults stayed in this house comfortably. It’s spacious living room and dining room were perfect for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The air conditioners were extremely helpful due to the hot weather. We loved the character and charm of the house! Rob was very friendly and responded to any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely recommend staying at Rob’s house. It has everything you need and more!

Home Away from Home in the Heights
We rented Rob's property on a recent trip to visit our son. It's a beautiful 3+-floor condo on a quiet street in Cleveland Heights, just a few minutes from Coventry, University Circle, Little Italy and the Cleveland Clinic. Spacious with beautiful hardwood floors and woodwork throughout, recently renovated kitchen with new appliances, very comfortable beds, great WiFi, convenient off-street parking, and even ping-pong in the basement!
Rob is a thoughtful and attentive host, answering all inquiries promptly. When our family gathers again in Cleveland, this property will be at the top of our short list.

A perfect base for exploring the Heights
We come back to Cleveland every year to visit friends, and staying in this house was such a treat. For a family of four, there was more than enough space, and the house had everything we needed - even the little things like nightlights and toiletries. The location is perfect - an easy walk anywhere - and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Doesn't get any better
This was my first Homeaway experience. Everything was beyond great. Rob always responded to questions immediately. When we arrived we were amazed at how nice the neighborhood and the house are. If you stay here RESPECT the house. It's too nice not to. Everything was immaculately clean. Furniture was beautiful. Safety was not one bit in doubt. Stores and eateries nearby but no feeling of commercialism in sight. I can't even come close to describing how positive it all was.
