Very clean and confortable flat. Near Banus, Marbella and Estepona. Full of palms, plants and swimming pools. Uncomfortable beach, full of stones with steps.

Very well located apartment with all the facilities

Very well located apartment - just 5 / 10 minutes drive from our favourite haunts around San Pedro area. Were met upon arrival so check in was very smooth. Apartment had all the mod cons which all worked as well as on site gym and large swimming pool which was one of the cleanest I have swum in in this area. Being on the ground floor made the apartment very accessible. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend

Location of complex excellent to visit many tourist attractions within a1 to 2 hr drive. Condo great for a week stay for golfers or beach vacations. We are seniors who like to read after a day of tourist siteseeing. Lighting poor in condo. Condo lacking side tables near chair to place a drink while reading or relaxing. Room could be improved with an additional armchair or comfy chair.

I have found that all VRBO have their positive traits as well as some that are less so. The positives on this rental were the following: The beds were extremely comfortable, the walk-in shower was great and always had plenty of hot water. The location which was very confusing at first actually worked very well for a stay of 2 weeks as it was centrally located to many different areas. The amenities were definitely lacking in certain aspects. For instance, there was no extra toilet paper, no sponge in the kitchen, no playing cards or games, no suggestions of what to do in the area no trash bins in either bathroom, things that we are accustomed to having in other vrbo rentals. We did make the host aware of this with no response. We also found the living room furniture to be quite uncomfortable especially the sofa.

A feeling of home

Spent 10 days in Nick's apartment and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well furnished with good amenities. The community is pretty, very well laid out and taken care of. The beach was literally a 5 min walk from the property. An Aldi grocery store is right around the corner from the community. A bus stop to Puerto Banus and Marbella was only a 10 min walk as well as a stop in the direction of Estepona an additional 3 mins walk. Communication with Nick was so easy and he was extremely responsive. Will certainly stay again.

just one word: WONDERFUL

The representation on the Internet does not always correspond to the truth. Same here. But while with other properties the pictures are often more beautiful than reality, with this offer it is exactly the other way around: the pictures and the description cannot express how enchanting this apartment and the entire holiday complex is. You arrive here and feel at home. Every detail is right, every little thing has been thought of, from the tasteful furnishings to the necessary everyday items. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The location of the garage next to the elevator, which stops right next to the apartment door, is very pleasant. If you want to leave the complex without a car, it's just a short, level walk to the gate. This is a big advantage, especially for guests with walking difficulties (like me). The fitness studio with jacuzzi and the pool complete the offer. (However, the pool is not yet open in April, but that was clear to us beforehand and not so important.) Another plus point is the well-kept, park-like garden; the view from the terrace of this splendor is balm for the soul. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. Overall a great offer, everything fits. We were here for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. If we go on vacation to Andalusia again, we would love to come back!

Llevo 3 años alquilando mismo apartamento. Hay cosas que se pueden renovar por estar ya más que usado: tresillo (incómodo y viejo), tostador y algún sillón en la terraza.Por lo demás, encantada con la urba, su piscina y alrededores.

Apartamento bom e com todas as condições para uns dia de ferias. No entanto, uma maior manutenção, como por exemplo, uma pintura nas parede era uma mais valia e dava à casa um ar mais moderno. Fica inserido num condomínio fechado e bastante calmo. As piscinas são muito boas. O ginásio tem algumas maquinas avariadas e sem manutenção. A praia fica a 5 min a pé, no entanto é uma desilução. Sem areia e com os esgosto à vista.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienanlage erwartet die Gäste hier. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Restaurants sowie Aldi runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Sehr nette und jederzeit zuverlässige Agentur vor Ort. Leider ist die Wohnung schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, oder aber eine Renovierung wäre sinnvoll. Insbesondere die Küche, der Esstisch sowie die Zerrassentüre entsprechen nicht einem fünf Sterne Standard. Auch ist der Geruch des zweiten Badezimmers durch den Abfluss wirklich so, dass das Bad nicht genutzt werden kann. Auch sind im Hauptbadezimmer nur eine Dusche mit Wanne nutzbar, da die andere Dusche kein warmes Wasser hat.Schde….

El apartamento y la zona residencial esta super chulo.

Al llegar, recogimos las llaves en la seguridad del recinto y nos llevaron hasta el. El parking ok, justo debajo del apartamento. La entrada y el apartamento muy bonito, amplio, con casi de todo, pero bastante justo el tema limpieza, me fui a duchar y estaba todo lleno de pelos y me dio cantidad de asco, al abrir la ducha salio disparo una parte de la alcachofa fija de la pared pegandome en la cabeza (estaba rota) la cocina restos de aceite por el marmol, pero por todo lo demas mas o menos bien. El recinto dispone de 6 piscinas, todas ellas limpias y con socorrista (por el tema niños una tranquilidad) y una zona super tranquila, nada de ruidos, necesitas coche para moverte. La verdad que quedamos bastante contentos, para poder repetir otra vez. Gracias por todo
