Even though it was stated strictly no pets we found lots of dog hairs , then saw that the owner had a large dog so must have entered the property at some point. Lovely little apartment nice enclosed garden but definitely not child friendly for under 5s , lovely open plan staircase but no stair gates we had to use the ironing board & put 2 chairs against the stairs to stop the youngest from trying to climb .

Hi Joanne, Thank you for your feedback. I can assure you my dog doesn’t enter the property and sorry you found hairs in the house. I have a baby gate you could of used if I’d known you wanted one. I will look at the pictures of the property to ensure it is clear that the stairs are open plan. I hope none of these issues spoiled your stay with us.
