Sea Worthy ~ Breezy & beachfront, steps to the water with views of St John

The Sea Worthy was lightly updated in 2026 and is located on the 2nd floor facing the breezy side of Sapphire Beach in Building D. Wake up to sunrise views of St. John and listen to waves crashing as the sun goes down in the evening. The condo is just steps from the beach and pool. Sapphire Beach has good snorkeling, especially as you head toward & follow Pettyklip Point. There is a fair amount of shade for anyone that needs it and plenty of Caribbean sunshine for the rest of us. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina has full back up generators as of 2026.

We have options for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sapphire Beach all next to the A Building. The Beach Buzz coffee shop serves breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins and smoothies. They have incidentals for purchase and they offer a free book exchange. Sapphire Beach Bar is open daily through early evening serving drinks, burgers, sandwiches, fish tacos and more. Paradise Pie serves pizza and salads until 8PM daily. Sea Salt is the upscale dinner option, please dress accordingly. It is a beautiful open air roof top restaurant with views of St. John and Tortola located right on Sapphire Beach.

The Sapphire Marina has charter companies that offer fishing and boating trips. Ice is available for purchase at the Marina Office, as well as a token operated laundry facility (Cash, credit/debit cards accepted). The condo is located just one mile from Red Hook & offers a wide range of eating options, bars, shops, groceries and other services including the Ferry Terminal.

Although Red Hook is just a mile away we recommend getting a car for part, if not all, of your stay so you can explore the island at your own pace. It is easy to navigate, "look right, drive left"! St. Thomas offers many dining options, outdoor activities, beautiful beaches & sightseeing opportunities for everyone. There is no additional fee for parking during your stay. Passports are also recommended if you plan to take a day trip to the British Virgin Islands.

The condo has a full kitchen with a range, microwave & refrigerator with ice & water plus everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The full bath has a large walk-in shower with pebble floor, dual under mount sinks, a full-size hair dryer, a mini flat iron and ample storage. Pack up the cooler & beach towels & head out for a fun day at any of the beaches, everything you need is available. The condo has two ceiling fans, wi-fi, cable tv, iron, ironing board and CENTRAL AC.

We offer our guests an OPTIONAL additional linen service (bed linens, bath towels and beach towels) during your stay, additional fees apply.

If you need a shorter stay please inquire, we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Kelli and James were great hosts for our first time visiting St. Thomas, tending to a few questions we had and were very accommodating. The room was everything we needed...spacious and clean with a beautiful view! It was welcoming and felt like a beachy home away from home. We are so glad we chose to stay at Sea Worthy for many reasons. It was amazing to have the amenities available from the pool literally right across from the balcony, to Sea Salt the amazing on-site restaurant! Sea Worthy was conveniently located for our needs and interests and everyone on the property was friendly! We made the most of our trip to St. Thomas and St. John and have recommended this stay to others. We would definitely stay here again if and hopefully when we come back!! Lots of memories were made thanks to Kelli and James opening their property to us. We enjoyed every second. It was nothing short of perfect!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Our view over the pool to the sea was amazing. We ate all the restaurants right on Sapphire Beach and they were all very good. We especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast at the coffee shop . Janet was great !

That view though!

Fabulous condo! Loved the updated, tasteful and beachy decor. Everything we needed was provided and made for an stress-free visit. The condo location was perfect! The view is breathtaking and makes for some amazing sunrises. Check in was easy (just be sure to stop at the guard stand and get a parking pass). The onsite coffee shop, pizza place, and beach bar had great food and was reasonably priced. Red Hook is super convenient and has a small market where you can get the essentials. A car is super helpful to have to get around. We ventured out to Meagan’s Bay, took the ferry over to St John, enjoyed a sunset catamaran cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our time adventuring around the island. My husband said the snorkeling at Sapphire was some of the best he’s ever seen. If there’s a full moon party while you are there, check it out! It was a fun time. Can’t wait to come back and explore more!

Sea Worthy is a Worthy Stay!

SeaWorthy is a small but very nice studio condo, nicely updated and beautifully decorated. This unit is in Building D so it's the quieter side of the property, although it does overlook the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with most everyday items you would need. The king bed was very comfortable. The view is..... breathtaking.

Perfect Honeymoon Vacation!

This property is the perfect destination for a wonderful vacation for adults and kids alike! The condo was clean and had everything that you would need to make your stay go smoothly.
