New listing and Newly Furnished. Enjoy the beautiful crystal blue waters of Cowpet Bay right next to the beach and pool. No need to carry chairs or loungers to this beach, it's all waiting for you down on the sand: including tiki huts, snorkel gear, and water toys. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, unit has enough beds to accommodate up to 8 (4 adults/4 kids). After your day enjoying USVI, a stunning sunset awaits at your balcony. Eat and drink at the wonderful restaurants and bars on the property or enjoy the newly renovated kitchen. You can also walk out your door to the back patio and use the gas grill. It's all here at this fully furnished condo including washer and dryer.
Ideal private location on St. Thomas and just minutes to Red Hook ferry to St. John. The only thing you will regret is leaving, but we know you will be back to Strawberry Grouper when you can.

Lovely, well kept, clean condo on the east end of the island. Restaurants and beach toy rentals on property with nice sandy beach. Condo stocked well with necessities. Good communication with owners. We did not have a car but taxis were always readily available. Just had a wonderful time. Would stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place enough! The hosts were fantastic—communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful from start to finish, which made everything so easy and stress-free.The home itself truly had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation and then some. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it made settling in feel effortless. On top of that, the cleanliness was outstanding—it was spotless and very well cared for, which we really appreciated. It was so nice not to worry about power outages since it had a generator. One of our favorite parts was how peaceful and quiet it was. After long days of exploring the St. Thomas and St. John, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. It was a quick drive to so many restaurants and ferry. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our hosts Chris and Kim were very friendly and accommodating. The goody bag with welcoming card they left for us was so thoughtful. Our unit was clean, lovely and fully stocked. Beautiful beach view and sunset from the balcony. Great holiday vibes all around. The beaches are so beautiful and they are all surrounded by mountains. What is not to love about St. Thomas?! We can’t wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at many VRBO or other rental company units. This was the best stocked unit I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wished to cook. I couldn’t believe it…many places have bare minimums. There were plenty of bath & beach towels. Beach chairs, an umbrella & coolers as well. But what I appreciated the most was that they left plenty of cleaning supplies/trash bags. You can tell that they’d like you to treat their home like your home. We were able to take good care of it without having to purchase these products on your own. The location, within minutes to Red Hook was awesome. We preferred this area to the larger Charlotte Amalie & all the cruise ships. There was a very informative info book that gave us lots of ideas. We loved the Strawberry Grouper and would recommend it to others. The beach & on site restaurants/bars made it easy to have some low key days/nights without having to venture far. Loved it!

Our stay at Strawberry Grouper was nothing less than fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better and the condo was sparkling clean and gave that “at home” feel for the entire week. The owners were very helpful in all things USVI and very quick to respond. My only negative, we didn’t stay long enough. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay, fantastic hosts

Nice secluded location, short walk down the stairs to a beach. Close by to other famous beaches (need car). The condo is newly renovated with nice artistic touches throughout. Hosts were super responsive and made the stay as pleasant as it can be.

Fantastic location on East End of the island. Great jumping off point to catch ferry to St. John or day charters located in Red Hook or Sapphire. Easy access by car to restaurants and grocery. Large two bed room unit. Full kitchen. Well stocked. Our family of four was more than comfortable. Kids loved the pool.

We had a fantastic stay at the Strawberry Grouper Condo. We stayed Jan 9-16,2026. Chris the owner was great to communicate with!The condo has everything you need from well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach and pool towels, games, books, to nice TVs in rooms. Ceiling fans and extra fans in the bedroom, plenty of closet space. Washer and Dryer along with ironing board and iron. Great view of Cowpet Bay. Stairs right next to condo to make your way to the beach. Chairs available for use at the beach, plus a beach bar and beach restaurant Sangrias. Pool use is available with supplied arm band. There is a station to rent snorkeling gear and kayak. A little store is available also to get beach supplies if needed. For an upscale dinner The Carribean Fish Market is right off the beach. Great food, reservations are a good idea. Location is great, just a short drive to Red Hook with many restaurants and some souvenir shopping. There is a small grocery store at Red Hook, we but stopped on our way in at Food Center. We really enjoyed staying at this condo, the owners made everything easy. There are so many things to do on the island and this location is perfect.

1st Family vacation to St. Thomas

This condo was perfect for us. Had everything we needed in a wonderful location in Red Hook. Really enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants. Condo was very well stocked for family meals in on occasion as our daughter has strict dietary restrictions. The resort had lots of activities and recommendations in the host book were extremely helpful. Would like to add the restaurant Pangea near Linguist beach as one of our favorites. Property host, Chris, was a great communicator. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Beautiful clean apartment! Chris made my first visit to st Thomas so delightful! Quick to respond, very helpful and informative! Their condo has everything you could need and more!!!! Short walk to the beach, delicious restaurants just downstairs!! I even walked over to the ritz and checked it out! Would definitely book again! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Perfect Getaway

Strawberry Grouper was a wonderful place for our family! It had plenty of space for us and was very clean. Chris and Kim provided lots of extras that are not typically standard with many other places. We felt like we were right at home. It’s beautifully decorated and the location is great with a beautiful view from the balcony. We visited a wide variety of restaurants and beaches and all were within close proximity to the condo. Chris was very prompt to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We highly recommend Strawberry Grouper to anyone looking for a safe and clean vacation.

Awesome-Strawberry Grouper

We can’t wait to go back! The condo(named Strawberry Grouper-cute story behind the name) was immaculate, had all the conveniences you could ever want-well appointed kitchen, beautiful view from the covered balcony. The condo comes with access to the Elysian Wyndham Resort, pool, beach, restaurants, convenient to Red Hook area with shopping, restaurants and the ferry to St John’s. You have the perfect balance between a quiet day at the beach/pool and fun nightlife if that’s what you want. Chris and Kim (owners) also have some excellent recommendations for day trip cruises in and around the island. I prefer Captain Scott. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property has it all!

Our stay at Strawberry Grouper was wonderful from start to finish. Owner Chris was extremely easy to work with, as well as, full of tips & tricks to make our vacation in St. Thomas the best it could be. The property itself is in a luxury condo community right in Cowpet Bay. The serene beach, inviting pool, & several wonderful restaurants are an easy 2 min walk from the condo itself. The Ritz-Carlton is also right next door with more wondrful shops & restaurants. The condo was very beautiful remodeled with high-end features, and was very comfortable & had a welcoming feel. As soon as we entered, we knew we made the right choice because it felt like home. Chris & Kim have thought of everything and you cannot go wrong choosing to stay in this amazing property! We will be back for sure!
