This 3 bedroom property is on the gated community of Town Centre Reserve in Davenport. The streets are lined with palm trees and the entire community has a tranquil, holiday atmosphere.

The property itself has 3 generous sized bedrooms, the two masters having en-suite facilities one with a super king bed & the other with a King size bed, whilst the third bedroom has twin beds with access to the family bathroom across the hall. Each bedroom can therefore boast its own bathroom. The living area is open plan with a living area, kitchen and dining area. From this space you have access to the south facing pool which has the fantastic Florida weather all day. There is a pool table in the games room & a dart board.

There are no rear neighbours and therefore the pool area is very private with views of the conservation area. For those who like to dine outside there is a shady lanai with table and chairs.

The facilities include air conditioning and ceiling fans, free wifi and free calls within the USA and Canada. There is also a washing machine and dryer for those who like to travel light. The villa is situated near to Champions Gate/Reunion and therefore is in easy distance to shops, restaurants, golf and a Publix supermarket for all those essentials.
Best of all this villa is only15-20 minutes drive to Disney a big bonus after a long day in the park!

Cleaning fee included for stays over 6 nights in duration.
A 6 night stay will incur a cleaning fee of £100.
Because the pool is south facing it is comfortable throughout the year. However, if you require pool heating during the cooler months please let us know and we can provide you with a costing for this.

We also have a local management company who can deal with any issues that may arise during your stay.

The process for checking in is quick and easy. We will supply you with a code nearer your departure date which will give access to the key.
