With over 3,200 sq ft of living space, this 6-bedroom luxury villa is one of the largest homes in the fully gated Veranda Palms Resort, Kissimmee. Ideally located just minutes from Disney and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Set on an oversized west-facing plot, the villa features an expanded pool deck with sunshine well into the evening and tranquil conservation views.

Yes yes yes! this is second stay here now from Scotland and we love it! Nick the owner is always quick to reply and help if you need it aswell. Only one thing i will suggest to Nick and that is a wee nice bluetooth speaker up by pool table would be great to lisyen toi while playing but all giod we will definitely be returning for a third time soon!!

This rental was a beautiful. The house accommodated all 9 of us perfectly. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. If I had to say one bad thing about this place it was the door to the pool was hard to open and close from the outside. But I still give it a 5 star rating

Amazing Stay for Families or Golfers

Nick was a great host. This house was large with plenty of room for everyone. We only had 4 adults, but could have easily accomodated 7 or 8. The spa actually gets hot (other places get to luke warm, at beat). The gated community had a central pool and community area. We would definitely stay here again next time in Orlando. Thank you, Nick!!!

Nice property with plenty of room for us. Fun for all with pool and hot tub. For the price, needs a refresh on paint, carpets, and refrigerator.

Property was as described and shown in pictures. The children really enjoyed the pool area and you have a lot of privacy with the trees behind the house. Would definitely stay there again. Just be sure to bring some basic household supplies, such as dish soap, kitchen sponge, bathroom soaps, toilet paper, towel paper.

Fabulous property

We stayed here with 9 people for a week for our Disney trip. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool, air hockey, and pool table. The adults loved the hot tub after a long day of walking in the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well kept. Very attentive to any small problems we had. We enjoyed our stay. The whole process was easy and there was a binder with the answers to questions you might have and more. We would stay there again.

Once in a lifetime dream vacation

We stayed at this beautiful home in the most perfect location. 15 of us, enjoyed the whole house, and its private pool. The property even had a community gym and water park available to us. We did the gambit of amusement parks and even the mid evil dinner, and the home’s location made it perfect. Thank you very much for the opportunity.

Family vacation

This was our first vacation home rental. The home was very spacious and in a very nice area. Close to shopping , Disney and other popular attractions. The pool and hottub were nice! We had a couple of minor isssues and the property manager was quick to respond and help with the issues. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice stay, very clean house. Lovely bedrooms. Just two points that need to be fix, we try to reach the owner for a little problem but he is never answer or call back... And neighbour next to the house make so much noise with music...

Loads of space, lovely safe neighbourhood. Everything you need. Outside Sun loungers could do with an upgrade as they were mouldy so didn't use them. That was the only fault otherwise a lovely stay that is recommended.

Inaccurate listing, misrepresented "handicap friendly"

Gated neighborhood and home is NOT "handicap friendly" as I wasnt allowed to unload my mobility device from small trailer. I was not allowed in the neighborhood with it. According to multiple security guards, it's "against HOA policy".

Why they chose this property

This villa is located in Central Kissimmee ... 6 Miles from Disney. Why did I choose this Property? ... this is the Best location I can find with a Brand new home; less than 2 minutes is Walmart or Target, a Petrol station, and a Food place; behind this community is Kissimmee County Park, where you have spare date you can walk in the park, Kayaking, bird watching, it just behind the clubhouse... very peaceful, talking about the Theme Park... this is the best location too.. 1 mile to the Disneys toll and cost $1 you can drive straight to Disney gate only 5 minutes away.. or you can drive on Kissimmee 192 highway see all the shop along the road, Old town, lot of Good restaurants, More information or suggestions, please just let me know anytime..

There are some special items that you need to consider compared with another villa that offers!!! 1. this is a private home with a private pool with parking 2.Lighting above the swimming pool, BBQ, Radio 3. Kid-friendly, we got a high chair, Kid utensils, a Baby cot, and a Pool fence to protect us from kids falling into the pool. 4. 65-inch HD TV in the living room and 55-inch TV in all bedrooms 5. Real Sled pool table with special LED lighting, a Full-size air hockey, a Full-size Football table, and all this inside the villa, full Aircon. It's not a converted garage.
