Great Place

The place was exactly as listed and was the perfect size for our family. The pool was great and they had several extras not listed. The neighborhood was great and quiet. If ever in Fort Meyers area again will be our 1st choice to stay.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this beautiful house.Our friends booked it last summer and we loved it so much I immediately booked it!Lots of room, everything we needed was there and I enjoyed the pool everyday.Shane was a great host!Answering any questions i has within the hour.

Another wonderful stay. This is our 3rd time visiting this home and it is always quite wonderful. Very spacious, clean and a wonderful neighborhood. We saw some very fun wildlife this time including a turtle right outside the house. Thank you so much for sharing your home. Everything you need and then some.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. All amenities were in great shape and didn’t want to leave. The owner Shane, is very easy to access and immediately takes care of any issues (we had none).

Wonderful Property, Location, and Owner

The location was exactly what we were looking for; walking distance to Target, Publix, Dunkin's, Bealls, and multiple restaurants We've rented VRBO's regularly the past 18 years and Shane has been the most responsive of any owner/manager that we have experienced. We will not hesitate to consider this property in the future.

Conveniently located for beaches and excursions. Short drive from Everglades, Naples, Sanibel. Beautiful wildlife around property. Convenient for supermarkets and restaurants despite impact on many businesses as a result of Hurricane Ian.

Lots of space! Great location; close to stores and restaurants. Cute neighborhood too! Unfortunately,We were not able to use the pool… It was unseasonably cold in Fort Myers the week we stayed, but it looked really nice. Shane is a great host.

Awesome property in Ft Myers

We had a great time staying at Shane's place. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Neighborhood is really nice and quiet and there's tons of places around to eat. Sanibel is also very close, which is one of our favorite places to go to. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back next time we're in the area. Thanks Shane!

What a wonderful villa in a great location

What a wonderful villa. We would recommend this villa to all and for so many reasons...our favourites were: excellent location, well kept, great layout (4 bedrooms) and lovely pool (I could go on and on). We can't wait to go back! On a final note...the villa's owner (Shane) was excellent and really helpful thoughout. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location

Very nice house in a superb location. Shopping, dining, grocery stores, and Ft. Myers beach are all close and easy to get to. People in this gated community are out walking and biking and are very friendly. Being on a large pond provides a great view. The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfortable; the master suite and bath are wonderful; the pool is warm and enjoyable. Just a great stay!

Beautiful house in safe surrounding

The house is large, located in a closed community, so no safety concerns. Cleanliness was perfect. Bicycles, lots of beach stuff, more than enough towels and and and.... Communication with Shane was perfeect and easy going. Looks like we will book the house again.
