Beachfront 2BR, 2BA on Gulf of America 15th-Floor Direct Pool & Hot Tub Access
Welcome to the BEACH!
This is our cherished family retreat, cared for with many personal touches to make your stay as comfortable as home. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a completely remodeled gem located on the 15th floor in a prime beachfront location with absolutely stunning direct views of the Gulf of America.
Minimum Stay: 7 days (some exceptions may apply - please contact me to discuss and get full confirmation before booking anything less. Building rules say 7 nights minimum).
Master Bedroom:
Features a queen bed, breathtaking beach views, and direct lanai access through sliding glass doors.
Attached full bath with shower/tub—completely remodeled for a fresh, modern feel.
Wake up to stunning views that will take your breath away.
Guest Bedroom:
Queen-over-twin bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests.
Adjacent full bathroom with a stand-up shower—also completely remodeled.
Living Room:
Includes a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (new as of 11/2020) with all linens, pillows, and blankets provided for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and small stackable washer/dryer.
Dining table seats 5, with additional counter seating for 3.
Lanai:
My favorite feature! Furnished with a table for 6 (perfect for dining or board games) and two cozy chairs for lounging with a glass of wine.
Enjoy stunning Marco Island sunsets and gentle ocean breezes from the comfort of your lanai.
Amenities:
5 beach chairs, an umbrella, 6 beach towels, beach toys, and boogie boards.
Access to private tennis courts (with pickleball on one side).
Two tennis rackets and balls, plus two pickleball paddles and balls, are available for your use.
Location Highlights:
Our condo is ideally situated, with plenty of activities and conveniences nearby:
Walking distance to restaurants (The Sunset Grill is next door!)
9 buildings down the beach from the Marriott, offering kayak, paddleboard, and Hobie Cat rentals, plus casual dining open to all.
Walking distance to a movie theater and additional dining options.
Marco Island is only 4 miles by 6 miles, so everything is a short drive away.
Insider Tips:
If you belong to a club (e.g., Yacht or Golf Club), check for reciprocity privileges on Marco Island.
Public golf options are available and enjoyable.
Boat rentals are plentiful but may require advance booking during the high season.

Marco Island is a 30-minute drive to Naples, ideal for a day of upscale shopping and dining.
Book the fast ferry to Key West for an unforgettable adventure.
Travel Options:
Fly into Fort Myers International Airport (50 minutes away).
Other options include Fort Lauderdale or Miami airports (approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes by car).
Parking:
A one-time parking fee of $50 per stay is payable upon check-in to our condo management team. This rate is very reasonable compared to daily parking rates at other beachfront locations.
