Particularly recommended for sea holidays and nature for couples, families and small groups being in a private area with limited passage of cars and services reached on foot or by bike that allows everyone to carry out their favorite activities.

The property is my family vacation house since '70. I have spent here my holidays during my childhood and my teen’s year therefore the place is full of great and sweet memories.
The private apartment on renting that lays on the top of the house was originally the guesthouse and it has the best view and position of the property.

What makes this property unique
The apartment has a unique position in the surrounding area. No place like this has this amazing view of the sea-bay from Terracina to Gaeta and Naples, Pontine Islands and San Felice Circeo cape.
On very clear days, you can see Vesuvius Mount and Ischia Island too and most summer day you have spectacular sunset view.
The terrace is huge and always breezy so you can spend time outside all day long also during hot summer days. The apartment is fresh and airy too and the area is very quiet all day and night during high summer season too. You will fall asleep with the soft sound of waves on the shore.
A large free beach with clear and low seawater is very close to the house and complimentary beach equipment and beach shower are available. The seawater temperature average is 25°C (77°F) from May to October with around 31°C (83°F) in August. Therefore, it is all very easy and pleasant particularly for families with children.
Bar, supermarket, restaurants and other services are all very close to the house and a bike is available if you don’ want to use your car. Great seafood and typical restaurants in the area and many great one-day trips in the surroundings.
There is something for everyone and it is always with great pleasure that I host people and help them to get the very best from their stay.
