This luxury Villa is located in a private and peaceful urbanisation in the hills between Fuengirola and Mijas. The beautiful and picturesque White washed village of Mijas Pueblo is less than 1km away and has all the local amenities of shops, supermarkets and some fantastic bars and restaurants.

The Villa is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, but if you would like to do more then Mijas, Fuengirola and the Beach are all very close nearby.

Also within the vicinity are lots of fantastic golf courses, a zoo, 2 water parks, 2 cinemas showing english language movies, 3 shopping malls, selwo animal park, selwo marina, Tivoli world and many many more things to do. A list of which will be provided for you at the Villa.

Staying closer to home, the property itself benefits from its exclusive huge swimming pool measuring 14metres by 8 metres, (with the option to have it heated at an additional cost), equipped with sun beds and sunshades. There's an assortment of equipment for you and your children to play with in the pool and gardens as well. Including bats, balls, badminton net and rackets, volleyball net, water pistols and much more. And for those of you with small children, there is a key code safety gate to deny access to the pool area should you wish to keep your children away from the pool at any time.

We have 300meg fibre optic internet in the villa as well. Which will keep not only all the teenagers in your group very happy, but everyone else that requires internet as well. This enables us to offer internet Television from just about every country around the world. Including America, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and many many more. And also a full Sky TV package from the U.K. including the movies and sports channels.

There's also a fully equipped games room with pool table, pin ball machine, dartboard, fussball and PS2 and PS3 gaming machines. Along with a gym with a treadmill, cross trainer and weigh station in the house should you not be content with just relaxing in the sun. Along with a ping pong table and trampoline in the top floor garden.

As you can see, the Villa is equipped with everything that you could possibly need to turn your holiday into a dream holiday for you, your friends and family.

This is a great house, large, well equipped, comfortable beds and pillows, great shared spaces and of course a brilliant big pool. We loved it, and Grant was an excellent and informative host, always responsive. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, it's a super spot.

We had a lovely stay! The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It was lovely to have a freezer stocked full of ice too! Grant is an excellent host and answered all our questions promptly. He gave loads of great recommendations of things to do too. We got by fine without hiring a car, the local taxi firm was very efficient

Amazing stay at villa line house.

From first booking our stay grant was available to answer any questions we had. Leading upto our arrival he sent detailed directions and all relevant details. When we arrived we were met by grant at the villa, he showed us around, explained everything and gave us some suggestions on places to visit and eat!The villa itself was amazing! It had everything and more for the 8 of us. Especially the games room and the pool for the kids. Even when we were there grant was on hand to answer any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay in a lovely location!

Mijas lime house villa

We had an absolutely fantastic week in lime house, lots of room used the bbq a couple of times, but what really makes this villa is the fantastic pool, I’m sure Grant would have been on hand if we needed him but everything went so smoothly, also being able to check in early was a nice bonus as we arrived at 11 am and got checked in at 11:30, The restaurants Grant recommended in mijas were also the best, hope to return many more times,

What else do you need.

Top venue for a family get together. A pool you can actually swim in, space enough for all and I now know what a sofa can be. Every one wants to come back to the Limehouse. Thanks Grant.

Brilliant stay

Lime House is a lovely, well-appointed villa that suited our family of 14. The kitchen had everything we needed (filtered water was a bonus) and the gas bbq outside is really easy to use. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated with lots of storage and great air-con. The games room and gym were brilliant additions to our holiday. Grant is a fab host; he always replied within minutes of any enquiries and continued to be helpful during our stay. Would recommend.

Family Holiday

It was a really lovely villa, nice and clean and with so much to do. Absolutely loved the size of the pool with depths suitable for all the family little ones aged 5 had a great time. Had beach and pool towels supplied and all you could ever need for cooking at the the villa, the host was really great with communication any questions were answered quickly, and very helpful re room layouts. We really loved Mijas town and the host gave some amazing recommendations for restaurants which we really enjoyed. The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a hire car, as there are loads of places to go and see but are around a twenty minute ride away and it is quite hilly, other than that we all had a wonderful holiday ❤️

Wonderfull locatiom

Perfect house for three familys with children. Enormes pool and different stairs to bedrooms so space enough for different familys. Great playroom and gym. Near to nice villages as Mijas, Torremolinos, Benamaldena and Marbella. Enormes pool. Every room with airco. Enough shadow outside if needed to eat with table for at least 10 guests. Pool could be heated to 29 degrees for the children. Host reacts immediatly on every question and was very friendly. No wishes left during the stay.

Beautiful property and lovely owner

Grant was an absolutely outstanding host and a marvelous guide to Mijas and the surrounding towns. He went so far above and beyond any reasonable expectation, I'm not sure what else we could say except thank you. As far as the home, it is a very quiet spacious place with all the amenities, including a pretty well equipped gourmet kitchen and grill. Family loved the pool and made heavy use of the big covered umbrellas. A few pieces of advice: be very careful of blindly following Google maps on the way back into town as the navigation will sometimes gladly lead you to single lane unpaved mountain roads with steep drop offs (basically: avoid Valasquez whenever possible). To be clear, while the immediate neighborhood does take you through some winding turns, they are over well maintained and safe roads (and the vast majority are NOT a problem once you get used to the 3 way splits and roundabouts, though I would probably try to avoid making the drive the very first time after dark if possible). Once you get your bearings, the town of Mijas is very close by, maybe a 6-7 minute drive, and personally I would not try to walk it given the hills unless you're in *great* shape. Taxis are easy to get, as is food delivery if you need it. Recommend either the large Carrefour or Aldi - both have ample parking. Summary: this is a marvelous property and we would happily stay every visit we made to southern Spain.

Vilket hus! Och vilken supervärd Grant är! Vi har tillbringat en vecka med familjen bestående av barn och barnbarn i detta fantastiska hus som har precis allt man kan önska sig. Hela huset är fräscht och välutrustat och det finns ett stort härligt uterum med grill. Och poolen utnyttjades till fullo av stora och små. En stor bonus blev studsmattan och ett game room. Så fort vi har haft frågor både före och under vistelsen har Grant funnits där med goda råd. Och han har svarat superfort hela tiden, vilket har varit mycket uppskattat. Då han dessutom är engelsktalande så blev det inga språkförbistringar. Nu är det dags för oss att åka hem, men vi hoppas på att få komma tillbaka och vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus. Ni kommer inte bli besvikna!

Det er nu anden gang vi lejer dette skønne hus, og vi er stadig fuldt ud tilfredse. Alt fungere godt og værten er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Lækker stor pool, dejlige værelser og mange muligheder for hygge og adspredelse. Eneste minus er nogle meget slidte og ødelagte havemøbler, hvilket resulterede i mange rifter på arme og ben. Og så havde den ene dobbeltseng mange ødelagte lameller hvilket resulterede i at sengen flere gange brasede sammen.

ANOTHER FAMILY HOLIDAY UNDER OUR BELT

Another “milestone birthday” celebration held at Lime House. 4 households each with own needs yet again successfully had a brilliant week. 8 Adults 2 children and an 8-month baby. Thanks to Grant, all went well. Is it really 3 years since last visit. Just felt like we had all arrived home, when we got there. Kitchen still stocked with everything you could possibly need, we all just slipped into our own role that we had last time and it worked a treat. Minor thing we tweaked this time was taking our rubbish out daily, every time someone left the villa, it was extremely hot when we were there, so leaving rubbish out was not an option, and since you have to pass the rubbish collection point on the way to Mijas centre it was no hassle. The pool is still the family favourite, great size for all to be in together playing with inflatables and learning to swim. Grant continues to be a great host, pre arrival and during. Many thanks Grant for sorting the rooms to suit our little ones they had a ball sharing, and parents relaxed. All looking forward to another visit…but! Not wanting to wait for a “milestone birthday”.

I have stayed in many Villas, this one suited everything we could of wished for! 13 People, 4 kids aged 4-6, 2 kids 13-17 … The safety of the villa was second to none… the kids couldn’t get to the pool without an adult, they had an alarm system, external locked gates. I enjoy to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped, down to the small detail of a sharp knife to chop! The toys, pool toys, games room, gym gave everything you see from the pictures! The villa is clean, outstanding and I will definitely be visiting again! Grant as a host is one of the best I’ve experienced.. nothing was too much trouble, his recommendations for local food etc was outstanding and to receive a response by text within minutes when asking a question… second to none! If I had one thing to add to consider, if you don’t have a car I would ask a local taxi to drop your bins as it’s a 15 minute up hill walk… is it a negative… NO! The villa is amazing, and I will be visiting again… if they will have us 😊

En uge i paradis

Limehouse er helt perfekt og indeholder alt hvad man har brug for i sin ferie. Vi nød en opvarmet pool, og vi fik gode forslag til spisesteder af Grant, som i særdeleshed er en meget venlig og hjælpsom udlejer. Vi håber, at vi kan komme igen en anden gang.

Great villa

A great property to stay in. Lots of amenities and in good condition. Mijas Pueblo was only a couple of minutes drive away (we didn’t brave the walk - but probably 30 minutes). Hypermarket a 10 Minute drive. Grant is an excellent/helpful host.

Me, my partner and 3 small children moved here in 2008 to escape the hustle and bustle of central London life. My parents have had a home here since 1981, so Spain has always felt like a second home to us. And it's been amazing to watch the transformation of the costa del sol in those 30 something years. We love the family life here, and truly consider this a fantastic place to live and visit.

Why they chose this property

We built this Villa in 2008 so that we could move our 3 small children away from the London for a more peaceful and family life. After searching the coast we settled on the beautiful area of Mijas. It ticked all of our boxes. The area is indeed beautiful, and is very peaceful as well which was a big plus for us after many years of living in a big city. But with Mijas and Fuengirola less than 5km away, with their fantastic bars and restaurants. It meant we could still enjoy a busier lifestyle as and when we wanted to. It's worked out perfect for us, and we have fallen in love with the spanish way of life. And I'm sure once you've experienced it on your holiday, that you'll come to love it yourselves.
