Luxury Villa with large Pool and breathtaking mountain views
This wonderful Villa "Casa dei Santi " is generously proportioned family home which has been carefully restored and furnished with a mix of traditional and contemporary styles that give a feeling of comfort and being "home from home". The Villa is situated in a very elevated position in the mountains with breath-taking mountain views, over the Tiber Valley and is secluded (very private) by a colourful Mediterranean garden, olive groves and protected woodland. The Villa also has a large vegetable garden with fresh produce being available to the guests during their holiday. The large pool is located in the garden and its terrace is open to the spectacular views.
Located in the garden and in amongst the woodland is a large & cost wood cabin (photos attached) that can sleep an additional 4 people to the 6 people in the main Villa itself. This cabin has it's own bathroom, kitchen & living room, and is secure for the children to sleep outside and enjoy the wildlife and rhythm of nature in the woods and surrounding countryside.
The main Villa itself has on its ground floor a large kitchen, dining room (dining table with seating for 10 people) & comfortable sitting room with an open fire. There is a large larder full of homemade marmalades and wonderful olive oil from the 160 trees in the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishwasher and appliances. There is a also a large laundry room, downstairs bathroom that guests generally use for changing and showering after using the pool.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one double or 2 singles) an ensuite bathroom and the house's main bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. There is a large open plan lounge with pine floors, open fireplace and confortable sofas and furnishings. All windows in both the Villa and Cabin have nets for mosquitoes.
The Villa has many spacious outside terraces, patios and a large outside kitchen under a pergola covered in wisteria, jasmin & roses for outside dining. There is also a large pergola covered terrace outside the kitchen for enjoying breakfast with views over the garden and open countryside.

This Villa has Italian owners, with the man of the house being a top fashion designer working in Milan. The family have owned this Villa for 25 years and which has until recently been the main family home. The restoration of the property was carried out by the family over a number of years to create a real homely and comfortable environment particularly for children. The garden is particularly enchanting and colourful with masses of different species of trees, plants and flowers. There is a pergola of grapevines, vegetable gardens and 160 old olive trees that are harvested every October to produce fantastic oil that you will have the opportunity to try during your visit
