La casa dei cavalli is a welcoming typical Umbrian stone farmhouse dating back to 1,300 and renovated in 2006 with the highest quality materials and high quality furnishings.
The farmhouse has 5 very large rooms / suites (40 / 50sqm), with internal bathroom and double sofa bed and external depandance.
Style
It is strictly that of the countryside with exposed stone, ancient beams, ancient terracotta and wrought iron railings and furnishings of high quality and taste. The rooms / suites are newly built and have every comfort inside such as air conditioning, ADSL, washing machine, and oven.
Each room / suite is completely independent in its supplies in order to guarantee long-term stays. The staff is always available according to the needs of the guests.
The position
Completely immersed in the green forest of cherry trees, walnuts, vines and olive trees, it enjoys a surprising panorama overlooking the Umbrian hills until you discover the peaks of the Apennines which at sunset create a truly suggestive atmosphere.
The romantic and relaxing atmosphere brings back to the peaceful life of the fields of 700 years ago.
The most beautiful cities of art in central Italy are just a short time away: the historic center of Perugia is only 2.3 km away, which can also be traveled on foot. Assisi is only 26 km away from the nearby highway, Orvieto 70 km, Gubbio 40 km, Trevi 40 km, Todi 30 km, Spoleto 60 km, Lake Trasimeno 20. km. Florence is 130 km away and Rome 170 km away.
