Set in peaceful and tranquil surroundings it is within walking distance of Kalkan town and less than 150m from the sea and beach clubs. Olive groves leading into the Lycian Way are just a 3 minute stroll away. Villa Elsa has free Wifi internet access and also full English language TV including SKY satellite channels.

Why they chose this property

we have been visiting Kalkan and the surrounding areas since 1999. In 2005 we decided why wait any longer, and purchased the land on which Villa Elsa was built for us....we have never looked back. Kalamar Bay is charming, peaceful and an idyllic place to spend a relaxing break

What makes this property unique

Villa Elsa has a stunning rooftop Jacuzzi perfectly positioned to take in Kalamar Bay’s amazing views out to sea and also to the mountains on either side. The gardens to the front, side and rear are maintained to a very high standard. Villa Elsa is not your normal blank canvas, no character, bland concrete construction that are seen so often now……..myself and wife Anita pride ourselves on Villa Elsa being a real ‘ Home from Home ‘ as we eventually plan to live here in beautiful Kalkan, Kalamar Bay…..we really hope you enjoy your relaxing stay at ‘ Elsa ‘….
