A real feeling of France

The pictures accurately represent the property which is a beautiful old French house set in a quiet French village. Mountains and sea within 30-45 minutes drive. Good communication with the property owner.

The renters were told the house was not suitable for someone with mobility isues. After the renters left and we returned we had to do a lot of remedial work and found evidence of a pet, though our rules said no animals. I don't think these people quite understood what a sensitive renovations to a property means. While they ight have been unhappy, though never convenyed to us until they reviewed the house, we were certainly unhappy with them.

Large, characterful house in quiet village

We had a lovely stay at this property. House is in a small village with a reasonable local supermarket, bakery, bar etc within a short walk. Parking was easy in nearby streets. It was located within a pleasant half hour to hour drive from beaches, and other tourist attractions. Car definitely essential. The house itself was spread over three floors with numerous sitting areas inside and out. We were a family of four and could lose each other within. Two of the three bedrooms are on the top floor and wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility problems. It was very hot when we were there but air conditioning worked well. Overall very relaxing holiday.

A lovely, comfortable family home and a great base for exploring the area

A well appointed, comfortable, lovely family home that provides a great base for exploring the area. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable and their local knowledge, hints and tips greatly enhanced our holiday. We had a wonderful fortnight in the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Perfect!

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week in this house and would recommend it to anyone visiting this area. Puisserguier is a small but busy village with all the necessary amenities. It is a 30 minute drive from Beziers airport and well situated for touring this beautiful area. The house itself has been carefully restored and provides spacious and extremely comfortable accommodation with attractive furnishings and lots of outdoor space. The courtyard garden, both day and night, was the perfect spot to relax ! The booking process was very straightforward with excellent communication between ourselves and Niamh to ensure that all was well ! You will have a delightful holiday, as we did, if you book this property ! Liz & Roger, Perth
