True Ski-in/Ski-out Luxury 3-Br Condo

Breath taking views of the mountain. Located slope slide, this is a true ski-in/ski-out for any level of skier. Your relaxing vacation begins upon arrival, access from the parking lot (with dedicated garage parking) is a breeze with just a half of a staircase to walk down to get into the condo. Roomy open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, and half bath downstairs. Upstairs there is a master suite with king size bed, Jacuzzi bath, and balcony overlooking the slopes; guest bedroom with queen bed, bunk room with a bunk bed and a queen bed, and a 2nd full bath with washer and dryer. The condo is perfect for families.

After a day of skiing, biking or hiking, go to the slope side outdoor hot tub to relax (hot tub is closed in the off seasons). Or drop off your skis and take a stroll down to the bars, restaurants and shops at the base of the mountain. The magic carpet (old tubing hill) also is located directly in front of the condo.
There is also Ring camera in the hallway between parking lot door and condo entrance door. Feel free to turn off when in residence.

True Ski in/ski out

We have stayed at this condo multiple times. The access to and from the slopes is perfect. It allows the adults to take a break and prepare meals while the kids continue to ski.

We love this condo!! We’ve stayed here multiple times. It is in a prime location, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the owners are very responsive.

Amazing ski in/ski out!

This is no doubt one of the best locations on the Crested Butte mountain. Even if you don't ski, you can watch the skiers all day long. A spectacular view. Just walk out the back door and ski to the lifts. Can't wait to return.

Great Ski Trip!

Thank you Kevin and Judy for sharing this wonderful property!! It does not get any better than this for ski in ski out. Literally could ski right into the living room if you wanted to, and open back door pop your skis on and slide right down to Red Lady lift. Condo was very well stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and one kiddo. Will definitely look to stay here for future ski trips.

Kevin, the host was very responsive on a few questions I had. The ski in/ski out was the most convenient location I have stayed in on all my ski trips out west. Literally 30 seconds to main lifts. Property was clean and had both inside/outside parking.

This condo could not be in a better location for skiing in and out but the sound of the snow cats going up and down the mountain right outside the door in the middle of the night is really obnoxious!!

Loved our stay!!

Condo in absolutely perfect location! Ski in/out and just a few steps from the base shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The condo is also extremely well maintained,comfortable and cozy! The gas fireplace worked wonderfully. The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans for cooking. We do not have one complaint and would definitely seek this one out to stay again. Check in and out was super easy and convenient. Owners checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was good. Thank you Kevin and Judy for sharing your wonderful property!

The hosts were very welcoming and kindly provided us flexibility in the check-in and checkout process. Their condo was absolutely clean, cozy, and comfortable for our family of 6 (which included 2 young grandchildren)The view and convenience from the Ski-in/Ski-out luxury condo was phenomenal!!! We are from Florida, so we made a point to enjoy every winter activity possible while we were there. We would love to return to this beautiful condo in the near future!!!

best location for ski-in ski-out

We will absolutely stay here again. The best part about this condo is the location it is literally on the ski slope. We have stayed other places that were ski-in ski-out but this is definitely the best. We were steps away from the ski school drop off location and could watch the kids go down the magic carpet while we cooked lunch. The floor plan was great there was tile at the back door so you could get inside and get your boots and coats off without bringing snow all into the condo, there was plenty of living space great for getting together with our group, the kitchen had everything we could have asked for and plenty of space for a few people to work on cooking meals.

Excellent ski in/out location

Only complaint was the lockbox was frozen over and very hard to open. Once past that hurdle everything was perfect. We have been staying at crested mountain condo for 20+ years and love being right on the slopes. Unit was nice and clean. Overall a great experience.

Why they chose this property

We have been going to Colorado for many years, and found that Crested Butte was the perfect ski town. It is an unspoiled gem in this hectic world. As for why we chose this condo, we couldn't find a better location. It allows us to come and go as we please during the ski day, which is important when you have little kids.

What makes this property unique

Ski-in/Ski-out for every level. Summer concerts right out side the door, kid activities feet away and Breathe taking views of the mountain and the base area.
