Rozana is a good host. Good info. The pool was good but very Deep and Not heated. The Villa is big and good Equipment a bit outdated though

Until today in , 2025 , we feel happy and grateful for all the hundreds of guests who have been hosted in the villa. Its uniqueness, comfort, capacity (up to 16 people), the large outdoor area with unobstructed views, everyone's favorite pool (not heated), its traditional simple but complete equipment, gives the pleasure and satisfaction to them , enjoy their vacations, without high costs, where in turn , we try to keep it low. So everyone can enjoy a vacation in such a villa and happily give to it ....... 5 stars.. Thank you very much for your words!! We always try for the best. !!

Even better than the pictures!

The Villa Iliothea is an amazing place and looks in reality even better than on the pictures. We stayed in the main house (5 adults and 4 children), which has 3 double bed rooms and two twin bed rooms for the kids plus 3 bathrooms. (If needed, there is a second apartment with 3 more rooms - we did not need it.) The Villa is spacious, very clean and all the rooms are nice with big windows or balcony. The house is extremely well equipped (even with hand disinfectants, face mask (Corona preventions), hair dryers, spare towels and bed linen, excellent air condition, Bluetooth loudspeakers, very good W-lan...) and has two great outdoor seating areas (one lounge area and one BBQ area with a big wooden table) - both overlooking the sea. The pool is very big and deep on one side to jump in and swim. The owners - Rozana and her husband - are very friendly and gave us a warm personal welcome with a bottle of wine, water, juice, fruit and biscuits. They personally explained everything, gave recommendations for Taverns and checked discretely every other day via SMS if we needed something or had a question. The location is very good with only 15-30min to the next bigger village(s) and the sea side / beaches. (Car mandatory!) Recommended sites to visit within a 30-45min car ride: Lasithi Plateau, Old Town of Kritsi, Zeus Cave (take a ride with the donkey!), Seaside Town of Sissi, Harbour Town of Agios Nikolaos. Recommended beaches: just drive along the shore around Agios Nikolaos (both directions). There are many different beaches to be found. A big thank you once again to Rozana and her husband! Everything was just great and we had a perfect time!

Nous venions pour la deuxième fois à la villa Iliothea où nous avons trouvé la place et les équipements nécessaires pour notre grande famille. Le contact avec Rozana a été excellent.

Geweldig huis

Geweldige week gehad, ons 50 jarig huwlijk hier gevierd met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Ontvangst door Rozana was fijn, gebruik gemaakt van haar service om voor de eerste dag ontbijt en lunch benodigdheden voor ons in te kopen, echt top. Verder een prachtige villa met alles op en er aan, en echt voor 16 personen geschikt. Rozana nogmaal bedankt!!

Tolles Haus für (mehrere) Familien

Tolles, sauberes Haus mit sehr schönem Außenbereich und grandiosem (bis zu 2,85m tiefem!!!) Pool. Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Rozanna hat uns freundlich empfangen, war bei Problemen immer erreichbar und eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, es ist großartig. Die Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereiche und Küchen sowie die Bäder sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Terrassen, großem überdachten Grillplatz, Spielplatz und Pool ist absolut perfekt. Optional gibt es noch eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Aussicht über die Landschaft und das Dorf Milatos aufs Meer ist gigantisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin Rozana begrüßt. Sogar kleine Willkommensgeschenke in Form von Snacks und Getränken hat Sie uns bereit gestellt. Uns wurden alle Räumlichkeiten ausgiebig gezeigt und mit allem Vertraut gemacht. Das Highlight ist die großzügige Terasse mit Pool, Grillecke und langem Tisch wo es sich zum verweilen einlädt. Der Ausblick Richtung Meer und das Küsten Städtchen Milatos ist einmalig und wunderschön. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder Buchen.

Toplocatie en uitstekende gastvrouw.

We waren met onze familie met 10 volwassenen en 6 jonge kinderen 11 nachten op deze prachtige locatie. Warme en vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaresse Rozana voor wie werkelijk niets teveel is. De villa ligt op een heuvel met een magnifiek uitzicht op de omringende heuvels, dorpjes beneden en de zee. De hele dag zon rondom en ook voldoende schaduw. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien met terras en zwembad., bbq en houtgestookte pizzaoven. Voordeel is dat het in feite twee woongedeeltes zijn met eigen ingangen maar in de grootste woonkamer genoeg plek voor ons allemaal. Daardoor en door de drie niveaus ook genoeg ruimte voor rust of privacy. Voor de kinderen veel speelgoed aanwezig in en rond het zwembad. De bij te huren tafeltennistafel is altijd een succes. In de omgeving mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en bezoek aan strandjes met leuke restaurantjes. Echt een aanrader voor een grote groep of familie!
