Two-storeyed house has central location in downtown Puerto Rico, big terrace, garden, shared pool (POOL IS CLOSED for major renovations until January 2026), 5 minutes walk to sandy beach. The bungalow is comfortable and modern. There is free WiFi and free private parking.
3 minutes walk from it you will find bus station, the numerous shops, bars and restaurants, along with several supermarkets and banks, children's play area with swings and big children´s park with a lot of activites.
