Elegant and spacious apartment of 90 square meters. located on the 1st floor of a condominium in an exclusive beach 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with balconies, a very large modern kitchen and an elegant living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
The environment is very cool and ventilated so you do not need air conditioning.
There are 2 parking spaces inside the condominium for free and outdoor showers available to condominiums.

The beach is closed to the public by an entrance gate accessible only to residents by remote control.
At 50 meters bar, newspapers, food, housewares and clothing.
