We stayed here for four weeks in September 2022 and enjoyed our visit very much. The unit is lovely, clean, comfortable, and has absolutely everything you could want for an extended stay. Be sure to ask how to operate the washer and dryer and the appliances -- it took us a while to figure them out. Two of the three king beds were very comfortable, but two different guests didn't care for the third. The property managers were friendly and helpful. When the refrigerator turned into a freezer they had it repaired right away. The development was also very lovely and has the best pool ever. Unfortunately for us, we unknowingly arrived during construction season, and midway through our visit the majority of the parking area was dug up and became inaccessible, and the entrance to our unit and one of the outside seating areas were dirty, noisy, and pretty unpleasant for the remainder of our trip. We hope that future guests will have better warning of similar events. The location was good, although you should be prepared to walk a lot. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the core of Puerto Banus and the beaches by foot and it is uphill on the way back. We enjoyed the walking, There are quite a few restaurants and a great very close. We would have given this property a 5-star rating if the unexpected construction had not disrupted our stay. We would stay there again in an instant otherwise.
