Großer Außenbereich, schöner Ausblick

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit großzügigem Außenbereich samt Sommerküche. Der Vermieter ist sichtlich bemüht, die Dinge auf Stand zu halten, alles in ordentlichem Zustand. Das Haus liegt relativ einsam, ist aber durch neue gute Straßen gut angebunden (Horta bzw. Caldeira halbe Stunde, Capelinhos Katzensprung). Pizzeria in Gehweite, Einkaufsmöglichkeit besser mit Auto (5 Min). Übernahme und Abreise freundlich und problemlos.

Bel emplacement, mais maison à rénover

Le logement est bien situé, la vue est très belle et la terrasse agréable. L'accueil est sympathique. Il y a beaucoup de jolis endroits à voir autour. Les chats (qu'il faut nourrir !) sont sympas aussi. Cette maison a été très bien il y a quelques années mais nécessiterait beaucoup de rénovations. La cuisine est minuscule et on ne peut pas y manger à cinq car il n'y a pas de table. On ne peut pas y cuisiner, il faut aller dans un autre petit bâtiment pour cela. La literie est vieille. Les vitres n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis longtemps. C'est globalement propre, sauf dans certains placards et tiroirs. Beaucoup d'équipements sont vieillots et nécessiteraient une rénovation.

la cuisine prend 5 personnes et la table s'ouvre et prend plus de personnes. La maison est propre chaque fois que les gens vont et viennent. Ces clients ont laissé la maison sale et la corbeille à nettoyer, et ne l'ont pas jetée. J'ai laissé de la nourriture à nourrir gratuitement. Les chats laissent 12 litres de lait et 2 sacs de nourriture. On leur a demandé s'ils pouvaient se coucher une fois par jour avec les animaux.

Quelle vue !

Maison très agréable. La vue depuis la grande terrasse est magnifique. On se sent comme chez soit. Les enfants ont aimé la présence des chats. Pas de voisin. La literie est ferme. Les hôtes sont disponibles et agréables et nous avons fort apprécié de trouver dans le frigo de quoi nous dépanner pour le soir et le lendemain matin au vu des presque 3 heures de retards de notre vol depuis Lisbonne !.

Wonderful views from this property, we had everything we needed.

If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay. the owner provided everything we needed to be self sufficient at this house, we cooked and wash our clothes and enjoy the scenery, very private and peaceful.The views from the patio are breathtaking, plenty of parking space and just 3 minutes away from a black sandy beach.I would go back again!!!

Fantastic view!... beautiful house!... wonderful host!...

A fantastic stay! The only problem is that we weren't there long enough :-). Next visit we will stay longer. Convenient walk to a beautiful black sand beach paradise, and convenient, short drives to the staggering beauty of Ponta dos Capelinhos and Caldeira.

Sehr nettes Haus mit Traum-Panorama-Sicht

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönem und großem Garten. Viele Pflanzen und Bäume (frische Erdbeeren sowie Orangen). Die Sicht auf das Meer (mit Sonnenuntergang) sowie auf den Strand der Faja ist genial. Herrlich ist auch der Kamin, falls es mal regnet und es kühl sein sollte. Wir können es weiterempfehlen. Ein wenig störend ist manchmal der Lärm von der Steinfabrik, aber nur wenn der Wind sich dreht. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.
