Gulf views from unit, 1 minute walk to beach, heated pool.
NOTICE: We are a 7-night minimum stay rental property and licensed by the state of Florida. We are set up for Sat-Sat stays but inquire for any other arrangements you may need in the fall.
We are so fortunate that we were able to complete all of our hurricane repairs on the unit and in the association as well. We are back in business and the beach is in great shape. We also replaced the bedroom rugs with great LVP flooring.
The kitchen has been refinished with new cabinets and countertops. Check out some of our best features such as a new AC unit, washer and dryer, 55" Smart HDTV in living room, 48" Smart TV in main bedroom with cable. A Smart TV in guest bedroom for streaming. Bring your Firestick! New pots & pans, and both regular and K-Cup coffee makers. We update linens and beach equipment every year.
All you can eat Pancakes $6.99 at the Gulf Beach Cafe just a five-minute walk on the beach. Nightly music and great prices on great dinners too. Volleyball nets and playground equipment too!
Location, Location, Location
Can you imagine being just over 90 steps to the white sands beach and still being just a few blocks to shopping and dining? Award-winning restaurants and high-end shopping ventures are just a free AMI trolley ride away. The trolley stop is just three blocks away. This condo is on the calm stretch of Gulf Drive, and on the West side of the street so there are no streets to cross to get to the beach.
Accommodations!
This unit comfortably accommodates families or 4 adults.
Main Bedroom Suite - Includes a king bedroom set and Beautyrest mattress set. This bedroom has its own bathroom.
Guest Bedroom has a queen bedroom set and a bathroom across the hall.
We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a cot for children only. Parties of more than 4 adults are not accepted.
OH! The Views!!
From the unit you have great views of the Gulf and the AMI famous sugar-white beaches with sparkling green-blue waters. You and the family will enjoy fabulous sunsets as the sun settles over the gulf. Just wait until you see the dolphins go by!
Spacious & Bright
This spacious condo is 1,359 sq. ft., making it larger than the most of the 2/2 condos on AMI. The bright and airy condo provides your family with plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the island life.
Wow! Look at the Features!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and has an eating nook that leads to the front enclosed balcony. The living room is spacious with a 55" flat screen TV and access to the rear enclosed balcony and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The main bedroom boasts its own bathroom, queen bed, and a patio door to the enclosed balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, roll-away bed, bathroom close by, and access to the front balcony. The condo also has a full-size washer & dryer inside with easy access, high speed internet access, cable TV, with lots of channels, DVD player and new bed linens and towels throughout. The outdoor amenities include a picnic table BBQ area, large, heated pool with relaxing deck, and ground storage area for all the beach chairs and toys. Just bring your bathing suit and sunscreen. This unit also has two dedicated and covered parking spots for your cars only.
Quiet Time
This is your vacation time and we have the peaceful place for your relaxation. The city of Holmes Beach has a town noise ordinance that assures you of quiet time from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property and will result in fine and possible eviction. This is out of our control.
Stuff to do!
Shelling steps away, walk 2 blocks to the beach café, tiki bar and "all you can eat" pancakes. Want a little more adventure? Rent a scooter, bike or segway to see the island or paddleboard, kayak or jet ski to enjoy the beautiful waters. Annie Given Sun Day is privately owned, but Professionally Managed! Once you have selected us as your vacation getaway just book us and we will personally be in contact with you. We also have a maintenance team on the island and they have managed this unit for years and will be sure it is ready for your vacation. Of course, we will be a short phone call away should there be any problems.
The rooftop deck is back in service with a rubber tile surface. Come up and see the views.
The property in front of us has started construction but the views are currently the best they have ever been.

We fell in love with Anna Maria Island upon our first visit. We purchased this condo in 2016 after looking for two years. This location just seemed perfect for us and our second home. Now we get to share our home with you. Let us be your "home away from home" and we are certain it will become a place for great memories for you as well.
Why they chose this property
The location! Nothing better than stepping out your door and walking to the beach with your first cup of morning coffee or the roof deck to watch the most amazing sun set. The three block walk to shops, restaurants and the AMI Free trolley will be convenient for your family.
What makes this property unique
We previously rented a unit on that looked beautiful on the website. When we walked in, we realized it was just about 750 sq. ft. That took us by surprise. From that point, anything we looked at had to be over a certain square footage. Our little get-a-way is just over 1375 sq ft. Trust us, it makes a difference.
