A second sitting room has a pull-out couch . It has a full bathroom including WC; a shower room and a separate WC. It is fully furnished and equipped. Bed linen & towels supplied.
A large furnished patio area is ideal for outdoor dining. It has a large garden and a private pool. Secure parking.

An oasis of peace and calm, combining sunshine, relaxation and first hand experience of the real France.
From the villa it is easy to visit all the major tourist attractions also. Avignon, Pont du Gard, Arles, Aigues Mortes, Calvisson, Sommieres .....so much to see and do .

What makes this property unique

This villa is the ideal location for exploring the south of France. It is situated in a small village , where you can experience the real French way of life while still enjoying the benefits of city life with beautiful Montpellier only 20 mins away. The beaches too are only a short drive away.
