Why they chose this property
Villa Catalina is a longtime dream come through. It is also a joint project together with friendster and family to be able to enjoy a cozy place located in one of the most beautiful colonial cities in the world. But algo a strong desire to share It with visitors and special guests from all over the world
What makes this property unique
When I first saw Villa Catalina caught my attention because It is a well designed Villa located in a beautiful sourroundings with delicate accents from colonial times. The Villa allows for the combination of modern day appliances and design place in a more rustic overall setting. The exterior walls of the Villa are painted in yellow. The special feature are that It is sourrounded by beautiful gardens, fountains and the historic aquaduct.
