Villa Oscols d’Alt is particularly suitable for families and groups wishing to enjoy their holiday together without compromising on space or privacy.
The property comprises two separate accommodation areas, each with its own fully equipped kitchen. Its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, multiple relaxation spaces and extensive entertainment facilities allow guests to spend time together while still enjoying a high degree of independence and privacy.
The maximum permitted occupancy of the property is 12 guests.

• Housekeeping service: 3 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday.
• Bed linen and towels: bath towels are changed three times per week and bed linen is changed weekly.

Despite its peaceful rural setting, the property is only a short drive from Alcúdia, Pollença, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença.
Within approximately 5 to 10 minutes by car, guests can reach historic town centres, marinas, seafront promenades, restaurants, shops and a wide variety of sandy, rocky and pebble beaches.
