The apartment:
The RIBERA PETIT studio in Sitges, small in size but with everything needed to enjoy a great vacation, is ideal for couples who want to spend a few days in Sitges in a fantastic location with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is located on a second floor with no lift.

Undoubtedly, the terrace of the apartment is the biggest attraction of this accommodation. In it you can enjoy the go and come of the people walking through the beautiful Paseo de la Ribera or simply watch as the wind caresses the nearby palm trees while enjoy a glass of fresh local wine.

During the last months of the year, sunsets from the terrace of the RIBERA PETIT apartment are a privilegeavailable to few privileged guests.

Once inside, the central space is decorated with a sober and functional style. It has a sofa, TV, a table with chairs and a compact kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare some light meals.

The room is adjacent to this area and has a double bed and a wardrobe. In this room there is an AC unit that, due to the reduced dimensions of the studio, is enough to acclimate it properly. Also the property offers free wifi access for our guests convenience.

From the room there is access to a small bathroom with shower and the washing machine.

RIBERA PETIT apartment is located in one of the most popular spots in Sitges, the Fragata area. The excellent sea views, the proximity of restaurants and bars as well as the proximity of the Church of Sant Bartomeu, Sitges photographic icon, make this apartment an unbeatable option.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
