House is located on the outskirts of Beziers, near its historical center, shops and close to the beaches of Valras.
The area is full of cultural attractions : the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) 2 km away, the 9 locks of Fonséranes also at 2 km, the village and the canal's du midi harbour of Colombiers at 9 km, crossed by Via Domitia very busy at summer time, the Ensérune oppidum of Nissan les Ensérune at 13 km, the village of Pézenas at 22 km known for having sheltered the Molière troupe for years, the town of Narbonne and its numerous Roman sites at 27 km, Romanesque abbeys and Cathar castles a little bit further...
Lovers of white-water sports will find something to satisfy their adventurous desires by joining the bases of Cessenon sur Orb and those of the gorges of the Cesse at 20 km. Those preferring the calmer and warm waters of the Mediterranean will go either to the beaches of Vendres to 15 km or to the lively resort of Valras plage, distant of 16 km.
The house of 120 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people. It is recent house and offers very good quality services. The enclosed garden of 460 m², well maintained, is planted with local species. It is equipped with a private swimming pool of 7mx3.5m with depth between 1.50m to 1.70m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from june to end of september. The decoration is neat and tasteful, especially in the very large living room of over 50 m² with living room, open kitchen and dining room open onto the terrace.
On the ground floor : entrance, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and private bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs : Landing with 1 single bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 large bathroom with toilet.
Pool and garden views. The nearest shops are 600 m away. Parking in the grounds. No pet allowed.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 70 €
Air conditionning compulsory according to general consumption displayed on the meter at 0.25€/kwh the year around,
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival
