The property is located in Can Picafort, a coastal town in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, which belongs to the municipality of Santa Margalida. It is situated in the Bay of Alcudia, about 10 kilometres from Santa Margarita, northeast of the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the island’s north coast.
It is located in the second row from the sea, just a few metres from the beach, in a prime area of the municipality. It is a very quiet and easily accessible area.
The house features a front terrace, enclosed so that your children can play safely and adults can enjoy the sun or pleasant evenings. Upon entering the house, you’ll find a large entryway with a door leading to a double bedroom furnished with a double bed. Next is the dining area, featuring an extendable table that seats 6 guests; adjacent to it is a doorway leading to the second bedroom, which is also a double room with a double bed. Next is the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, a television, and shelving units with entertainment items (books, games, etc.). In the living room, there are two doorways: one leads to the kitchen, which has space for two people to eat, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a coffee maker, and a kettle.... The other exit leads to a back deck where the house’s bathroom is located; the bathroom is fully equipped with a vanity unit, sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub, so you can relax after a great day at the beach. On the back terrace, there is a water tank (NOT for drinking).
