This is an absolutely beautiful property with ocean views from nearly every room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms well appointed with blackout curtains for ideal sleep! We appreciated the laundry on site as we have young kids. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our second family vacation at Seaview and it was as fabulous as our first stay! Seaview is so beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-equipped and the location with ocean views and short walk to the beach is perfect. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful Home, Nicely Appointed, Perfect for Families

With 5 bedrooms, all of them en-suite, the home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations or vacations with friends. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The ocean views are amazing.

Beautiful vacation rental close to two beaches

This home was the most well appointed and cared for vacation rental we have ever rented from VRBO or other services. Beautifully decorated and kitchen was very well stocked/equipped. Great wrap around patio to sit outside and still just 5-7 minute drive from Kennebunkport. Highly recommend. We stayed with our two adult children and son-in-law…they loved it.

Heaven in Maine

Perfect location for a family get together. Less than a block to the water, with beautiful views from every window. Everything was perfectly appointed with luxurious kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, amenities, right down to the sheets and towels! We loved it so much we never went out to eat! It was spacious, with lots of private rooms and private balconies. We hope to return.

Fabulous home!

We absolutely loved this house for our stay in Kennebuck! They have thought of everything. The house has great views of the ocean. Great walks and runs from the house. All the little details were top notch. We were all very impressed! Lots of puzzles and games. We would definitely return! Thank you for a great experience

Unbeatable

We like to enjoy the fall in Maine and have visited Kennebunkport many times, however this was our first time staying at this house. It felt like home. Loved the layout with two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen (seriously…fully), front balconies overlooking the coastline, backyard for the kids to run and play, extremely comfortable beds & linens, heated tile floors, numerous well placed dimmer switches, and perfect location for walks to the playground at Lords Point or rock hopping near Mothers Beach. Landscaping was so lush and beautiful and the home felt like new. Hope to return very soon.

Beautiful house with amazing kitchen

My son and daughter live in Boston and we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at Bruce's house. My kids are cooks so they brought up their cookware, but this was not needed because the kitchen is fully equipped to do all cooking that anyone could want to do. It's the best stocked kitchen I've seen at a VRBO. The house is also beautiful with all designer touches. It's very well furnished with great finishing touches. It's also located essentially across the street from the beach. We loved the views from all the rooms. We had a great stay and would come again. Thank you

A DREAM!

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving to be closer to our family in Maine. I don’t even know where to begin with this incredible home! Not a detail was missed when designing this home. This home has stunning views from every room in the house- from morning coffee in the room off the kitchen to post dinner movie nights in the fireplace room, this is without a doubt the coziest rental we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms are also unlike any rental. As a growing family it is so nice that we all had our own bathrooms attached to each room. There was never any arguing over who needed to hurry up lol! It was evident this home was designed by a professional as it was truly stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot and pan we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We feel so grateful we were able to gather with our family in such a beautiful space and we hope to be able to create future memories here!

Beautiful home for families

Bruce’s place was very clean! We brought four generations on our family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. All on suite bathrooms with one tub in the kids room. There was also a half bath on the main floor with the washer dryer. The house was well stocked with everything one would need. In the kitchen there were spices and things. You use some stuff and leave some stuff behind. The coffee was a keurig and there were extra pods if you fall short on your supply. Many of the beds were very high and we are a short family. There were a couple of steps tools for use with the taller beds. The location was great and you did get a nice view of the water and passersby from the decks. I especially liked that there were separate temperature controls for each floor. They did have some beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for the beach. All around, great place to stay!

We had a fabulous week staying at Sea View! The house was meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. And the floor plan was perfect with extended family. The kitchen had everything one would need to prepare meals. We so enjoyed eating outside on the patio. The house is light and bright with amazing ocean views. And the location can’t be beat. Truly, the owner thought of everything in making our stay incredibly comfortable and inviting. We would love to return. Thank you Bruce!!
