Excellent location with plenty of space! It's actually two side by side units with two separate kitchens- we went with our adult children and extended family and plenty of room for everyone.Minutes to everything cool at the beach!

Great place to reconnect

This property has a great location for a family summer beach gathering. The double sided home allowed us to have multiple families stay comfortably, allowing the ideal mix of togetherness and privacy! Wells is a place my wife grew up visiting with her family and this place allowed us to introduce the magic to our kids!

Spacious cottage with ideal location

My family stayed at this cottage where there certainly was an abundance of room for everyone! It had all the amenities as listed and just steps to the ocean! We brought our dog which was an added bonus. We would love to return next year!
