Great property, plenty of space and fully equipped.
Great location. Good size rooms, great kitchen and fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Nice and light and airy. Under floor heating was great on a freezing March weekend.
Had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. House was clean and room were comfortable and accommodated our family/friends very well. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we enjoyed our time cooking together. Outdoor pizza oven and grill were a big plus. Took advantage of both with great results. Owners were very prompt about replying to any questions I had about the property. Very enjoyable stay.
We had an enjoyable stay at the farmhouse over New Year 2023. The property has everything that you require, with a very good kitchen with all the appliances you need, a cosy snug and lounge and a large dining table. The grounds look out over estuary and Aberdovey is only 10 minutes away by car.
The Cottage was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, beautiful views. Near all the local areas. Beaches & site seeing places.
Aberdovey is a little world of its own we thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent.
Kids absolutely loved it and so did adults!
The owners were the most amazing hosts so kind always a call away if required!
The cottage just needs updated TV so we can watch Netflix or prime/YouTube. The only one thing they can update but apart from that 10/10! Deffo recommend and will deffo visit again!

Dinning table and lounge is massive. I like that part. Kitchen is nice and cleaned. Among three bedroom only one bedroom is good size and enough space.
Rooms are not very clean, smelling and not hand wash available in one bathroom.

Really sorry to hear that Ajay. It's a shame that you didn't let me know that there was a problem when I messaged you to ask if everything was OK - we could have sorted things out for you :(
There are spares of handwash under the kitchen sink.
We would have been more than happy to have sorted these problems.
Spacious, bright, everything we needed ,a few things not working properly, sad about the garden, so overgrown the children could not run about as we anticipated, but lovely for adults.
Really excellent house for our family of three adult couples: very well presented with lots of comfortable living space, spacious dining area, lovely bedrooms, extremely well-equipped kitchen, interesting grounds and more than enough parking. Very helpful owner responded quickly to queries and provided lots of information. We couldn't have chosen better.
This home was very comfortable and in a great location to enjoy this very beautiful area of Wales. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting in the atrium listening to birds and enjoying the view of the lovely garden.
Just back from a 3 night break at this lovely farmhouse. Very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Very well equipped and so many different areas to sit in the evenings. A great place to escape and enjoy the gardeners and tranquility!
We had 2 full days of golfing planned so the house was for evening entertainment only. The roof terrace was ideal for this purpose, as we enjoyed great weather. The house was spacious and spotless, we all enjoyed a great stay! Thanks.
It was absolutely lovely staying at this cottage, great location, excellent host and easy communication! Highly recommended! Would love to come back again
Well kitted out with cooking utensils, crockery etc. Lovely outside space catching the sun all day. Convenient for day trips to other outstanding beauty spots but if wishing to stay local lovely walks from the cottage. Comfortable furniture for nights in. Would recommend.
We had a fantastic time. The house was very spacious and well equipped and in a beautiful spot within easy reach of amenities. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, I could not recommend more.
Lovely holiday home in well established gardens approximately 3 miles out of Aberdovey.
Panteidal Farmhouse had everything you need, a real home from home. En suites to each of the bedrooms as well as a small downstairs cloakroom. The upstairs decking is a lovely sun spot and if you venture up the hillside pathway to the left of The Gatehouse, you come across another small seating area. You can’t quite see the estuary over the top of the trees (unless you’re a tall person) but lovely nonetheless.
Several lovely walks around Aberdovey. Dolgoch Falls are a must (via Talyllyn Railway in Tywyn or drive and park at the Dolgoch tea rooms at the bottom end of the falls).
We also drove to Borth and Aberystwyth in our week away.
Everyone in our party agreed that the holiday home was an excellent choice and would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending to others.
