They say location is everything and this location is truly one of the very best rental finds along the beachfront of myrtle beach. This is one of Davesmyrtle privately owned and operated units within the Palms resort. It has a touch of quality and affordability not found in any resort rental. This unit was recently renovated and is in beautiful condition.

The Palms resort is centrally located just north of the downtown area. It is just a short 5 minute 5 mile drive from Myrtle Beach airport. It is within close driving distance to all the major attractions of Myrtle beach.
Once here you are within close walking distance to many area restaurants/ breakfast shops / beach bars / grocery stores and other area attractions.

This oceanfront is located on the 3rd floor level of the Palms resort south tower.
This oceanfront serves as a perfect romantic couples getaway yet it is large enough to accommodate a family of very comfortably.

This smoke free owners unit Is tastefully decorated in tropical beach theme decor with all the comforts of home. This spacious oceanfront has a two queen bedroom, living room, private balcony, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker along with all utensils for preparing in home meals. You can't get any closer to the beachfront than this. Take the elevator down and stroll the miles of ocean. As a guest you will have full access to all the resort amenities, indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness room, garage parking, resort grounds and much much more...

This rental is professionally managed with all considerations for your vacation needs. Your reservation is personally handled from start to finish prior to your arrival making for an easy on site hassle free check in.

Fresh towels and linen are all included and provided to you free of charge. To rent this unit you must be a responsibly trustworthy adult (min 24 years) with a maximum party of four people.

Your going to like the Beach Life in the nice condo. The place was beautiful. Unfortunately the beside unit was smoking in their unit and it came through the bathroom vent. Other than that Dave was very easy to communicate with. We will book agin.

First time to Myrtle Beach and it was well worth every minute, already looking forward to our trip!

Very clean apartment and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beach sunset view from the patio. 1st floor was perfect for us. The location allowed us to meet our tour buses right out in front of the property, Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful time!

Dave’s “Tiki Bar” is top notch!

Loved the condo! Was just as it appeared online and MORE! Very clean and decorated so cute with a beach theme with all the comforts of home. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay awesome. We even received check-in/check-out instructions days before we arrived. There were extra supplies at our disposal including beach chairs, small cooler, movies, books, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, soaps, etc. Also loved the convenience of being on the first floor with quick elevators yet a beach view. We’ve got no complaints and would happily go back to this condo!
