The house is located in Agios IoannisTripitis, at the southeast part of the island, overlooking the beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa. 3km from the beach of Farangas and 10 minutes drive to the airport and 15 min. drive to the port of Parikia. The apartment sleeps 4 to max. 6 guests (2 in portable beds)
It includes:
- 2 double bedrooms, (one with one double bed and one
with two single beds), an extra person could use either
a sofa bed or a portable bed,
- 2 bathrooms (1 en suite)
- A fully equipped open plan kitchen,
- A dining area
The apartment has access to spacious verandas overlooking at the above mentioned beaches, as well as, an amazing moonrise from the islands of Naxos, Koufonissi, Iraklia and Ios.

The location is absolutely superb for enjoying such a cosmopolitan island without been annoyed by the crowd.

It's ideal for romantic views on the aegean, especially when the fullmoon rises, for swimming in crystal watres either in organized or primitive beaches but also perfect for water sports and splendid traditional cuisine!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in Tripiti/Glyfa, at the southeast of the island built in a 6.500 m2 full of olive trees and fig trees. It is 450m away from the beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa and the delicious Glyfa restaurant. It is less than 3km from the beautiful beach of Farangas with water sports, beach bar and restaurant.

Pounta Kite Surf is only 10 minutes drive away.

The picturesque fishing village of Alyki is 4 km away offering a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

For surf lovers, the famous Golden Beach, is only 10 min. drive and offers beautuful beach bar-reastaurants, as well as surf school, canoe, water bike and SUP rentals.
