#Charming Traditional House, 40 meters from Agia Anna Beach

A small lane leads you to a quite area where the house stands, only 40 meters away from the marvellous blue flag beach of Agia Anna.
The first scene is the large veranda with pergola (20m²) where a table and chairs waiting for you to relax and enjoy any time of the day.
The main entrance gets you to a small hall that leads to the interior designed in a way that you have the feeling you can separate the whole house in two areas. The traditional décor of the interior architecture and the unique floor that is been made from Aegean stones, give the house a warmth feeling.
On your right, there is a large open dining and living area with table and chairs, a traditional built-in bed (2 persons sleep comfortably) and sofas, an open fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player. Adjacent there is a small cute and well-equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, dish washer, coffee maker etc. All this area is fully air-conditioning. In this part of the house there is a large bathroom with a washing machine. A double door gets you on the front veranda.
On the other part of the house there are two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The first bedroom has a large double bed and on the second bedroom you will find two single beds which can easily turn into a double bed. Both have wardrobes and air conditioning.

Notes:
-This seaside house is ideal for couples and families up to 6 people
-In every window of the residence there are mosquito nets.
-NO PETS policy
-Although smoking is permitted it is preferable to smoke outside.
-Bus stop is only 40 meters away and although a car is not essential for this location, is strongly recommended to explore the beauties of the island. Next to the house there is a free parking area.
-The renter must take proper care of the house.

our family loves staying at this property. It is very well cared for, clean and has very good air conditioning for the summer heat. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach located centrally to shopping and wonderful restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Naxos.

Great location & Great Facilities

Perfect location, literally 30 seconds from the beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The house was just right for us. Pristine bedding and towels, fully equipped kitchen and pretty much everything we needed for a relaxing 2 week vacation. The flagstone floors meant the house stayed cool which was perfect for us, so didn’t need to use the aircon! The hosts were very communicative and on hand. No complaints, would definitely stay again and recommend.

Right near the beach and tavernas! Weather could have been warmer but it didn’t stop us seeing the neighbouring beaches and Naxos town. Rania and Antonis were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to the few inquires we had. A wonderful holiday!

This is a great property, perfectly located for walking to local places in Agia Anna. The bus is nearby for traveling into Naxos town. The property is very attractive with everything that we needed. Rania and Antony are very kind and responsive. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great house with great location, 20m from the beach

We had a great time at this house. It has a perfect location 20m from the beach of Agia Anna, in a quiet street. There's a covered terrasse outside (as visible on the picture) which is great. The house is complete with all amenities and a full kitchen with oven, washing machine and everything. The bus stop to Naxos/Chora is 50m from the house, so renting a car is not mandatory. We loved the beaches Again Anna and Agios Prokopios, although they are very much 'privatised' by sunbeds... Restaurants all along the beaches, mini markets, the pier with boat excursions to Koufonissia at 100m, etc. Perfect for a family of five, and the location is great for teenagers as they can have their own schedule :). We had a good communicator with Rania and she was very helpful. Highly recommended !

Wonderful location in a home away from home

Rania's warm welcome and local knowledge set us up for a wonderful stay in her lovely house which is located down a quiet lane only a short stroll to the beach. There are many beaches to choose from within walking distance from the house, along with the bus which takes you to the far end of Plaka beach for a couple of Euros return(purchase bus tickets at the local shop) - or into Chora which is only a 10 minute bus ride to explore the old town. You can also take boat trips from the local Agia Anna port which is a great way to see the island and less populated beaches. The house is well equipped with 2 bathrooms, washing machine, iron/board, kitchen with oven/cook top and microwave + dishwasher, fridge & freezer, cards & games and of course the all important WIFI which works well. We didn't eat in very often as there are a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars located close by. The house is very clean and comfortable with a great veranda to enjoy an afternoon beverage. Thanks Rania and family for a wonderful first stay in Naxos

Family vacations in Agia Anna Naxos very close to the beach

This charming traditional house is the best for a family holiday. It is only a minute's walk from the beach of Agia Anna. Its location is ideal because it is close to the most famous beaches and very close to the center of the island. The house is clean and very convenient. There is an internal door that separates the two bedrooms, the first bathroom and the hall from the living-dining room, the kitchen and the second bathroom. Thus the house is divided in two, offering autonomy for anyone who needs it. The house is equipped with everything one might need for their vacation stay. The hosts were excellent, friendly and willing to help whenever we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends for their holidays. We thank Rania and Antonis for their hospitality.

Perfect home very close to the beach

We really enjoyed Rania’s apartment in Agia Anna: it has everything you might need in a holiday home, with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, very big living room and a lovely patio. It was very clean and tidy. Rania and her husband have been amazing hosts, they also helped us arranging extra cots for our babies and made sure we had the best time in Naxos! The location is perfect, walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this holiday home! We loved the flat and Naxos!

Après une semaine passée dans cette maison voici mon avis La maison est extrêmement bien placée pour visiter l île , il y a 3 sublimes plages à proximité immédiate ,et de jolis restaurants avec des terrasses et déco plus belles les unes que les autres. Rania et son mari sont charmants , disponibles et réactifs. La maison est simple mais située dans une petite allée tranquille à 100 mètres de la plage. Nous avons juste regretté le bruit de la Clim dans les chambres mais sinon la loc est bien équipée et rien ne manquait.

Amazing and Beautiful Greek House

We had a very nice vacation in the house of Rania. She was an excellent host . When we had some questions ....she had the answers. She also arranged the rent of a car and we made a ride of 2 days over the island. At arrival she offered us some things like olive-oil and other sings from the island. At our last day she brought us ice-creams. Sea is lovely , also in may and each evening we eat in one of the restaurants nearby. Our holiday was wonderful

Fantastic house for a family vacation

Rania and Antonis are lovely hosts and we had a great time in their beautiful house. We were six adults and the house was more than meeting our expectations. The two bathsrooms, two bedrooms and all the respective closets made it very easy for us and our 4 teenagers to have comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the roofed terrace served well for sitting outside with having even more space for all of us. The location is perfect for the beach and being right in the center of Agia Ana with lots of bars and restaurants. We can strongly recommend Rania's and Antonis' house for future visitors and we hope to come back maybe even already next year.

This is a wonderful place!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely house. The location is excellent, and is as close to the beach as advertised. Plenty of restaurants and bars are close at hand, with shops, supermarkets and ATM machines all within easy reach. The property itself is in fantastic condition, all the appliances are modern and in full working order, and most importantly there are sufficient plates, bowls, pieces of cutlery etc. to match the number of guests staying in the house. The hosts could not have been more charming. We had a taxi collection arranged by them for our journey to the property, when we arrived we found that some small gifts had been provided (wine, yoghurt, olive oil, watermelon etc.) and it really made a difference to us having all the necessary clothes and dishwasher liquids and tablets already provided too. We didn't need to lift a finger on our arrival. On the day before our departure Rania came to see us to make sure that everything had been to our satisfaction and arrived with ice creams for us all. We've used may privately rented properties over the last 20 years and here we found a holiday home which met very high standards. I cannot honestly imagine anyone staying here will fail to be impressed and made to feel very comfortable and at home. Very well done to our hosts. It was our pleasure to stay in this property.

Three years later, and after a partial renovation, we decided to rent our beautiful house again. And the journey starts once more in 2017...

Our seaside residence is based on the traditional island architecture, functionally renovated in order to offer relaxing and carefree holidays to those who love the tranquility, beautiful beaches and the genuine delicacies. Naxos is a blessed island and our beautiful summer house can offer all the above easily. Only just 40 meters away from the famous beach of Agia Anna you can enjoy every day the marvelous sea from early in the morning till the sunset time since you can have access anytime you wish…just put your bathing suit…take you towel and you are ready!
