Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador, the famous Carabeo street and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Balcón de Europa. Within a small and quiet typical Andalusian urbanization within the heart of Nerja. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, 2 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom, with a double bed, on the third floor you have one bedroom with doublbed. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the sun privately.Ideal for families or couples. There are numerous restaurants , bars, a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. Everything was perfect

We have stayed in this house and rented through canovas for a few years. Sara is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The house is in the perfect location, handy for the beach and centre.

The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Maybe a few more towels would of been helpful. It was really clean, spacious, had a great lay out with great views from either side of the house. The location was perfect, with just a couple of minutes walk into the centre. The only thing which wasn’t great was our transfer not turning up for us when we arrived, but apart from that everything was great. We would definitely go back to Nerja, it’s beautiful.

Another perfect stay

Everything. The house is beautiful and in one of the best locations in Nerja. Have looked at other places to stay but will struggle to find anything better then this house. Sara at Canovas is an absolute gem. Nothing is a bother, she bends over backwards to assure we have the best time year after year. We look forward to seeing you next year, My husbands only niggle is the shower, the door does not fully close. Nothing that turning the head of the shower doesnt fix.

The apartment and the location are exellent. The kitchen very well equipped, good beds and great roof terrace. Was not changed or delivered clean bed linen for three wekks. Seend eail to Rentinnerja, recevied a reply that they shoould with the owner, then we hard no more. Tried a couple of times their office, but it was closed even though it was supposed to be open. It would have been nice to have another set of keys.

Prima huisje vlak bij centrum

We hadden een fijn verblijf in ons geliefde Nerja . Een weekje chillen samen met kinderen en hun partner. Jet enige minpuntje was de communicatie met het agentschap. Bij aankomst kregen we immers een ander huisje dan in de advertentie stond en waar we vorige keer verbleven hadden. Het heeft niet afgedaan van ons plezier maar het is ni netjes van het agentschap.
