Stunning location in the centre of Exmoor"

Grooms Cottage was originally part of the wonderful stone built stable block at 400 year old Yealscombe Farm, and is situated at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by woodland and fields. 'Grooms' has been recently renovated to create a well equipped, quality 'home form home'.
The Cottage consists of galley Kitchen, Lovely light and bright living/dining room with vaulted ceiling., 1 bathroom with shower over, 1 double bedrooms, and 1 room with either 2 singles or a 6ft zip and link double.
There is a drying/ Laundry room for coats, boots and dogs. Secure area to store bikes. Enclosed outside area with wonderful views across the valley and a picnic bench and barbeque.
Situated on the outskirts of Exford, a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs, a tea room and a shop.
Centrally located in the National Park, Grooms Cottage provides a great base from which to explore Exmoor, from the rugged coastline to the inspiring moorland and everything in between.
Whilst no longer a working farm we do have Ponies, Sheep, Goats, Chickens and Ducks which Children are more then welcome to help feed/care for.
