Beautiful Oceanfront Condo - 137th St SummerSea

This beautiful condominium is Ocean Front, raised first floor with beach access next to it expanding your view to the side too!

There is a reserved parking space right out front. Washer and Dryer are full-size. Master bedroom is king-size with private bathroom. Cable TV with USB port for chrome or fire stick in master bedroom.

Second bedroom is large with two queen-size beds and bathroom right outside door. Secind bedroom has a smart tv with loaded apps, just sign in!

Balcony is fully furnished and well protected. The beach is generous and life guarded all summer. We are just a few blocks from the MD/DE border on 137th street.

Family room has Cable w/ HBO and a New Smart TV with DVD and VCR combination. Kitchen is fully stocked. There is a full sized washer and dryer.

Fantastic location, great condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner communications were easy, clear, and very welcoming. The location is perfect, right on the beach but away from the rowdiness of the boardwalk. We even enjoyed watching a resident fox traveling the dunes. Could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay.

My family and I had the best stay at this cottage. It is in a wonderful location and has such amazing space. The back deck and front porch extends the living space even more. Our dog and grandchild so enjoyed walking down to the lake that was just down the street and the views of the mountains in the rear were just so inspiring. I just loved the primary bedroom (again nicely sized) and the kitchen and dining area permitted the whole family to gather around happily. It really was wonderful. So happy I came across this home. It was such a great stay.

This is such a great spot. My family and I had such a good time. It makes all the difference to be right smack on the beach!. The condo has everything you need and is so cute and cozy. The property was as advertised. Pictures accurate. Owners very caring and responsive. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Steps to beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. Me, personally..I Like a pool and the dune made me wish we were higher but you cant go wrong here. Very nice.

Great location next to beach access. New furniture in living & dining rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom tile needed a good spraying with mold prevention (we took care of it). The dishwasher broke down on weekend and owner very kindly sent a repair man at the additional charge.
