Basketball lovers dream home!

Behold a family fun paradise. This 1/3 acre property is perfectly appointed from the fine finishes to the absolute fun for all backyard.

Do you like to swim? Perfect! We have a 10,000 gallon, heated, play pool. (pool heating optional @ $50 per night)

Do you like to watch the kids play while you take a sip of your favorite Strawberry Margarita? Perfect; we have a complete playground on site including 3 swings, rock climbing and it is just FUN!

Do you like to play basketball? Perfect; we have a full half court regulation-sized basketball court right in the backyard. Play a little one- on-one or grab Grandma and have her become the point guard to your 5 on 5 team. This isn't a cheesy portable backboard; this is the real deal sports court for all night fun with lighting for late night free throws.

Do you like to lounge around and watch TV? Great! All of the bedrooms are fixed with flat screen smart TVs.

Wifi is strong and very reliable! 120 Gigabits per second fast. Fast like a Nascar.

Plenty of onsite parking! Up to 5 vehicles (plus more on the street).

Did I mention the beautiful Arizona sunsets?

The property sits on over 1/3 of a private acre and backs up to huge pines for absolute seclusion from the neighbors.

Bedroom 2: 2 sets of bunk beds

Bedroom 3: King Bed, 20x15, and a sofa sleeper -huge suite!

Bedroom 4: Day bed with trundle.

Bedroom 5: King bed, huge room! This room is adjoining with room 4.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The property was not in the condition shown in the listing photos, which were very deceiving. There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the home, including a broken toilet paper holder, a broken shower head, mismatched wall paint, scuffs on many walls, and blinds that were broken. The outside lights did not work, the rugs were dingy, and the ceiling fans were nonfunctional. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, and we were disappointed with the experience.

This could so easily be a 5 star experience … First impression was a neglected front door, unpatched walls, paint the trim and replace all the blinds. Firmly attach TP holder and replace shower head in the master. Pool was dirty so we cleaned it. TV and remotes needed an instruction sheet. The backyard was great for kids but the jungle gym needed restoring as it felt almost unsafe. For 1000 a night, this property needs to be updated to be worth that price point. We enjoyed the property, we’re just offering constructive critique from one entrepreneur to another.

This host was amazing. The house was amazing. The pool was amazing. Everything was amazing!!!!!!! We had 8 kids and 4 adults traveling and eveyone had a space to sleep and the house was open enough that noone felt cramped. We will be using this location again for sure!!!!!!!

Lots of fun in the sun!

Three moms took six kids out of the PNW to find some sun and this property was perfect. The backyard is amazing. With a great pool that has shaded parts depending on the time of day, a nice turf area and a basketball court kept everyone really entertained. Located near stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and made our stay wonderful. We would definitely come back!
