The heated pool was fantastic. This is not a luxurious house. Rooms are tight with queen and king beds but really great for the money we spent. Of note—one King bed is in a separate “Casita” outside the main house. It doesn’t have a bathroom but the bed is super comfortable and the TV was large and had all the zaps we wanted.Tons of pool and bath towels for our party of 7 adults. Neighborhood was quiet.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The neighborhood was clean and welcoming, and the neighbors were very friendly. The exterior of the home was beautiful and well-maintained, and once inside, the layout felt open, spacious, and inviting.The pool and pool table were incredible and quickly became highlights of our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—we didn’t have to bring a thing. Every room was comfortable and well set up, especially the separate room near the pool, which was a fantastic bonus.Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent from start to finish. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely rent this home again.

Beautiful retreat away from home

My family and I stayed at Martha’s beautiful property in the summer of 2025 and coming from Hawai’i we knew it would be hot but had no idea just how hot Arizona gets. To our delight the spacious pool offered so much needed outdoor relief. Martha even helped receive and put away my groceries that were delivered to the house after my flight was delayedMultiple times. She was a lifesaver she also had a remote control shipped overnight for the living room after discovering that it was missing. We cooked nightly meals for our traveling volleyball team at this property before transporting it over to their property and the size and amenities of this kitchen helped alleviate all of my worries with having an adequate kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped, great size,Lots of pots , an instapotFor cooking rice ( we love our rice)and the icebox was large enough for me to do a Costco haul at the beginning of my trip making it that much more relaxing for the duration of my vacation. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Arizona. Mahalo for the memories that my ‘ohana made here and for being our home away from home.

I have stayed at a lot of rental properties over the years, but this was BY FAR my favorite! And just the absolute best experience!! The host was so kind and accommodating of our early check in and late check out request! The home was immaculate, the pool was clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the whole home was just so charming!! If we go back to Phoenix again, this will be where we stay! 10/10!!!
