The large living room kitchen is very bright and comes with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with freezer, 4 ring stove, oven and hot plate bread, plus dishes, glasses and various dishes, there is also a further outdoor kitchen in the house.

There are two bathrooms with a convenient external shower and laundry facilities.

The villa has a large veranda with chairs and deck chairs where you can dine, dine or just relax.

There is also a garden with lemon trees and a large front-facing car park.

Only 200 m from the sea and 6 km from Noto.
