2 bedroom apartment on ground floor 4 blocks from Park Lleras,1 block from Park Poblado. 2.5 bathrooms. Washer and Dryer. 2 wall safes. 3 Flat screen TV. Wi-Fi, Ac in living room and both bedrooms. Hot tub is in living room. Full modern kitchen.
Supermarket Carulla is across the street. ATM's night life, restaurants are all right here. We have 4 more apartments in the building owned by us. This is the ground floor duplex. Main attraction is how close we are to everything. The ac, kitchen the hot tub.
You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

Person communicated with me was very rude/initialed and demeaning. Fridge stank poor apt. Condition

Stayed 1 night then canceled. Discussing place.I go to Medellín about 7/8 times a year. HOW are you still allowing this place to be listed with your organization?

This is your review ? We refunded you in full if I remember this was like 4 months ago. 1 night ? why wait ? What did we do wrong ? You booked last minute. Wasn’t available. We refunded you. Yes someone should call police on us for doing a refund when not available.

My reply to this review is why not reach out to me during your stay to say your not happy here? The apartment most people love it. Not everyone will like a ground floor apartment. I can’t fix it if you don’t tell me. We have other places I could have moved you. But to do that you have to communicate with us.
