A spectacular 2 storey villa, within large landscaped gardens, with heated swimming pool and separate pool house. Sleeps 20 people in total.
Located a short (4km) drive from the beautiful Faro beach in an exclusive development close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Five minutes driving to Faro airport. Local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are close in Montenegro town.
Despite the properties close proximity to the airport it is not under the flight path so the house benefits from virtually no noise from the airport or aircraft.

Ground floor - has 1 kitchen with table for 12 people, 1 dining room with table for 12 people, 1 laundry room, 1 living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with en-suites with double bed, 1 bedroom with en-suite with 2 single beds and 2 more drawer beds, 1 social toilet with washbasin and toilet. It has 1 shed with 2 tables for 20 people and a snooker, 1 small shed with 1 table for 6 people and 1 charcoal barbecue. It has a small gym with bike and treadmill and a children's playground near the pool.
First floor - Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite large bathroom and connecting bedroom (accessed through the master bedroom) with 1 single bed and a pull out trundle bed, suitable for children. 2 double bedrooms, with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. 1 twin bedroom with 2 singles and en-suite bathroom.

Large family holiday

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Pariso. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and all have ensuite. There was lots of seating around the swimming pool and plenty of tables and chairs on which to eat inside and out. We took up the offer of the boat trip and morning yoga session which we would recommend. Sergio was always on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations, transfer of luggage to the airport and any queries we had.

A great place, perfect for a large family group. Great location and amazing add ons with the massage, yoga and boat trip - well worth it! Sergio and his family are fantastic! The perfect hosts, nothing was to much trouble.

A Fabulous Stay

My family, friends and I had a fabulous stay at Vila Pariso celebrating my 60th birthday. The villa and facilities were enjoyed by everyone in our group including a boat trip on the beautiful Ria Formosa. Sergio was a lovely and helpful host. We all enjoyed the local restaurants he recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Brilliant Time at Villa Parisio

Just returned from a great week away with all the family, everyone enjoyed themselves from my grandsons aged 9 months 2 of 1yr and another of aged 8 to myself 60yrs young with my son daughter sisters nieces and nephews. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa and Sergio is there on hand to make the experience for all to have a great time.

What an amazing villa..tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Faro.Near the airport but no overflight aeroplanes. Clean and warm outdoor pool, games room, barbeque area.3 very comfy hammocks.Only here for 4 days so not enough time to use all the facilitiesHost very friendly and the boat trip from the harbour was exciting..stopping off at an island fof lunch.We will definitely come back.Very clean, spacio

Fabulous Faro

Outstanding villa with an attentive host who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were catered for. The house itself is spacious and more than comfortable, with activities to keep everyone amused no matter day or night or what the weather throws at you, which was HOT HOT HOT. Perfect Villa and Activities

17 of us recently stayed her for my mum's hen do, with ages ranging from 26 to 50+. Sergio was so helpful, and made sure we had the best experience during out short trip, with the massages, boat trip, yoga and recommending the in-villa chef. The villa looks even better in person, the space, quality of the rooms and the amenities, you really have so much provided for you. I would highly recommend this villa and Sergio, your holiday will run smoothly and you will want to return.

Amazing property, both for relaxing and having fun as a big group! We stayed as 14 ladies for a hen party. The property is beautiful, the photo do not do it justice. Gazing value for what you get.The price included housekeeping, yoga, and massages (some we had to pay for extra) and had the option to have a boat tou included. The host Sergio was great and communicated before and during the stay and helped us with transport and recommendations. The kitchen is well equipped for a big party, but providing some basic refreshments would be helpful as the shops are not very close if you don't have a car.

Amazing trip

I had the most amazing 4 days for my hen party! There were 16 of us in total. The villa is massive, beautiful and immaculate. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool heated perfectly. The place is cleaned daily so you can completely relax. Sergio goes to the next level to ensure you have a great time, offering a boat trip which was incredible, massages from Alina which were fantastic and yoga from Professor Joao. Its located near unique nature trails and a stones throw from bars and restaurants in Faro. Perfect. We will definitely be returning!

Family holiday

The property is stunning beautiful gardens spacious bedrooms with lovely bedding n towels. Well equipped kitchen plenty of fridge n freezer space. Lovely outdoor eating areas for all 18 of us. The pool is of good size and kept clean throughout our stay. Lots of sun loungers and towels. The daily maid service was the icing on the cake.Quiet location near airport and beach use of Huber taxis were reliable and cheap. The beach is really sandy with lots of bars and restaurants. Sergio was an excellent host and the boat trip he arrange on the formosa natural park was the highlight of the holiday. The massages were wonderful by elena and yoga was offered but not taken. All in all we had a fantastic 2 weeks and was worth the cost which on reflection was great value for money.

Amazing Vacation

We spent 7 days at Villa Pariso and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, adorned with great decorations, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and items. Despite having a group of 15 family members, including a baby and seniors, there were more than enough plates, utensils, glasses, and cups for everyone. The pool was nice and clean, and the villa had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is nice and quiet; you can’t hear any airport noise despite its proximity. The owner is a very friendly and generous man, always easy to communicate with and ready to help at any time. Our only regret is that we booked it for just 7 days—I wish we could have stayed longer in this paradise. I even joked about renaming it from Pariso to Paradiso! Thank you Sergio!

Fabulous villa and holiday

We celebrated a big family holiday this year with 16 of us (toddlers, teens and adults) staying for a week in this fantastic villa. Lots of room to spread out, plenty of tables, chairs, and sunbeds outside for al fresco dining. Lovely big lounge (huge TV) and dining room inside ( not that we spent much time indoors!). Everything sparkling clean and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/cooking things with all the kitchen amenities plus a BBQ. Great sized pool, kids (and adults) loved it. And the garden was beautifully done. Definitely recommend grabbing the poolside rooms. Supermarket was 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk over the bridge. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet - hope our evening card games didn't disturb anyone else. Sergio was a wonderful host. Even taking a group of us out for a boat trip, and organising a yoga/massage session. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday!

Incredible stay. Listing doesn’t capture it.

This was the most incredible rental property from start to finish. The photos do not begin to capture the beauty and amenities of the property. Pool area is incredible. Close to airport for efficiency but no noise. Cleaning crew comes daily. The best part is the host and the amenities he offers. Sergio was communicative from start to finish. Built into the cost are 3 massages (extras are only 30€ each - and they were incredible), a daily cleaning crew, a boat tour, and 1 yoga session. Anything extra is reasonably priced and Sergio will help set it up for you. He hooked us up with a local chef to come to the house and cook dinners for us. She even grocery shopped so everything was ready when we arrived! He also helped with local transportation and tourist tips. One of the air conditioners in the house started leaking a few days into our visit and a repair person was at the house and had it working again within hours. The best part was the boat tour. Sergio arranged for a 2nd boat/skipper at a reasonable fee to accommodate our very large group and it was an unforgettable day out on the water. Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing House in Faro

Vila Pariso was the perfect place for our group of 14 and Sergio was an amazing host. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The house is gorgeous and well equipped. It was so nice that each room had an ensuite bathroom. When at the house, we spent most of our time outside - eating our meals, swimming in the beautiful pool, playing ping pong, enjoying the yoga session with João (João's voice is therapeutic), and of course, the massages with Alina. A highlight of our stay was the boat ride offered by Sergio. We rented a second boat so that all of us could go. It was a glorious day visiting a couple of islands, beachcombing and picnicing. We rented one car for our group, primarily for trips to the grocery store. The rest of the time we took Uber, which was efficient and inexpensive. We visited Faro, Leilu (wonderful indoor market), Tavira and Olhão. All beautiful and interesting towns. Two people in our group hired a driver and went to Sevilla, Spain for the day. Perfecto!

What can I say that everyone hasn’t? Sergio is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond expectations of a host to make sure everyone had a fantastic time and was always available to answer any questions regarding the Algarve region, restaurants, outings, shopping, etc. The house was as listed with plenty of room for our family and friends of 15. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, AC, dressers, and closets. A house cleaner comes everyday except Sunday, makes the beds, cleans the toilets, kitchen, and takes the trash out. The pool is a great perk wonderful to take a dip in the morning and after the beach. There are lots of nearby towns and excursions to explore near Faro, which we had stayed longer than a week. The nearby Praia De Faro beach is a 5 minute drive, not close enough to walk so make sure you rent a car from Faro airport. There are several great restaurants along the beach and watching the sunset is a MUST! The boat ride that Sergio provided as part of the package was phenomenal, please don’t miss it. The massages with Alina were also included which was fantastic! Sergio also recommended a local chef to come to the house, which we did for 2 nights. Carlos and his family from Mr. WoodenSpoon were simply amazing. After a long day of traveling for our family and friends it was nice to have someone cook for us on that first day. Overall this Villa was perfect, with plenty of rooms & accommodations for our family and friends.

Birthday family break

This 4 night break was to celebrate ( belatedly ) my 75th birthday. All my family including children, grandchildren, one great grandchild and husbands and wives, 20 in all, were able to join my wife and me at this wonderful property. All families had their own bedroom with en suite shower and toilet facilities. All rooms had air conditioning and were incredibly clean and well looked after. There are nine really good sized rooms and our family configuration meant that we only used 8 of them. There is a good sized kitchen with everything you could ask for including two large fridge freezers and another in the games room that has a pool table and exercise machine. There are several large eating areas with more than ample seating and large tables. The pool is of a good sized and was also cleaned on one of the days we were there. I could go on but it would just be repeating how wonderful my family found this property. Last but by know means last was our wonderful host Sergio. He will go out of his way to help you in any way possible and arranged for massages on site that were so good we asked her back on another day to complete another 3. Sergio also arranged for us to visit two restaurants within walking distance, and both were great and considering the short notice and size of the party too. Sergio also arranged all our transport needs, which were many. I can't recommend Sergio and his property highly enough. Thank you again Sergio.

Absolute perfection in Portugal.

1.Massage was excellent. Lots of others had to get one. It was one of the best I have had. I fell asleep which shows the level of relaxation. 2. Yoga teacher coming over was a wonderful extra. 3. House cleaning was fantastic. Everyone loved that the cleaner came everyday. The house was well kept and we loved the new towels too. There is nothing to improve at Vila Pariso. It is truly exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble from Sergio and his family. They made our trip unforgettable. The boat trip provided was wonderful for the adults and children. Taxi services were greatly appreciated for such a large group and very reasonably priced. The villa itself is so well kept, the grounds and the pool were enjoyed fully by everyone in our group. We also had everything we needed to cook and host with. We found everything we needed. They have really thought of every detail. Our night at Salmare that Sergio had recommended was absolutely brilliant. The staff were great with our group. Having having his son there to capture all the best moments from the evening is a highlight for me. RAF is a gentleman, clearly like his Dad. He has captured some of my most favourite photos of my friends and family. The best trip ever! We will be back.

Excellent séjour

What makes this property unique

Very nice house to rest with friends and family. Best location to visite the Ria Formosa Natural Park (one of the 7 wonders of Portugal), the local deserted barrear islands and the lagoon in the Natural Park. Close to Faro beach and Faro city where you can find everything a city can provide and visite the historical city center and to know more about history.
