You are sure to fall in love with this newly renovated unit, decorated to match the paradise of Manasota Key. One bedroom, 1 bath sleeps 4. New living room couch opens to a queen size bed. Full living room & dining area. Full kitchen with small pull out island for more counter space. TV in living room & bedroom with cable & internet. Washer & dryer, outdoor grill. Sliding glass door opens to a year round lanai that includes dining table (great area for playing cards or having dinner while people watching!). 2 beach chairs also provided.
This one bedroom is located in the best spot on the key! Private beach only steps away where the sun is plentiful & the sunsets are breathtaking AND only steps away from the bay where Dolphin watching is fun, (& if you are lucky they also love to play & show off how they catch their lunch!)
Very easy to get to this one bedroom unit once you enter the Key. Perfect for your relaxing getaway or staying for the season! Once you stay here you will want to come back year after year.

Perfect location to the most beautiful beach! Hosts were great and accommodations impeccable! Will definitely be back! Where Manasota Key sustained major damage with the 3 back to back hurricanes last year, the island is bouncing back!

Cute little beach house

Great location! So convenient to the beach or to the Engelwood restaurants. Easy walk to either! Be aware that the entryway has five steps in case that’s a problem.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the house. The house is stocked with all essentials to make the stay easy. Communication with owners was seamless. The location was great, the beach was amazing. Restaurants within walking distance and stores within 10 minutes if needed. We enjoyed everything.

Manasota Key vacation

Our first stay on Manasota Key was wonderful! The house had everything we could need and more. Our host was very accommodating, even when I left something behind and had to get back in after we locked up. It was awesome to walk to the beach to look for sharks teeth and shells.

Manasota Key Time

We immersed ourselves in the slower pace of life for a MONTH… made possible by the wonderful location and cute decor of this Beach cottage. We felt pampered and able to relax, and did not miss very many sunsets together. We give it 2 Thumbs-up!!

Great location and lovely property

Can’t say enough “good things” about our one bedroom unit. Updated amenities, clean, perfect location and just an overall wow. If you want a nice place to stay that is convenient, walk to the beach in two minutes, walk to bars/restaurants in less than five minutes, state park on the gulf and Lemon Bay in under ten minutes…. Look no further. This is the place…. Book it now!

First, the pictures don't do the apartment justice. It is amazing. Everything has been updated and new. Location and neighborhood is amazing. Communication with owner and agent was flawless. The beach is across the street. We will be back.

This very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated vacation home is the perfect spot on Manasota Key. You can walk to everything, several restaurants, the beach, and Stump's Pass. The lanai is great as an addition spot for dining or playing cards and plenty of seating outside if you don't make it to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with as we planned our stay.

This was the nicest beach house I have rented. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.Victoria was so nice to deal with and was great with communication.All the amenities were excellent, the house was stocked with everything I needed and on the top of my list was it's close location to the beach and restaurants.Manasota Key is beautiful and if I plan a trip there again, I would definitely rent this house!

Great place to stay!

We loved the little place, it was perfect for our honeymoon. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Loved having the bay and beach so close. We will defiantly return to the area.

PERFECT and PEACEFUL!

I've VRBO'd on numerous occassions and this was by far my favorite stay. Just as pictured, very clean, and very cheerful and tranquil. Everything you need as far as kitchen utensils and supplies, comfortable bed, and right across the street from the beach. I was alone on this trip for a quick Recharge but this would also be a great romantic get-a-way spot. Communication with owner was great. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Beautiful beach cottage… warm gulf waters…stunning sunsets!

This cute beach cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Clean.. comfortable.. on a quiet street. 90 seconds from the beautiful uncrowded beach! Seashells and sharks teeth in abundance. Wonderful restaurants and live music entertainment were within walking distance. Old Florida feel… reminded me of my childhood vacations. Victoria was gracious and wonderful to work with. The bed was super comfy,and everything we needed was at our disposal, including beach chairs.. umbrella… etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and then some! Decor was beachy and calming . I really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the property. We are planning a return trip in the Fall, and looking forward to another summer vacation in May! Our little chihuahua loved it as much as we did. Morning coffee and walks on the beach to start our day… and then gorgeous sunsets on the beach were a perfect way to end it.
